@Clockify @RadRaven937 I've recommended Clockify to dozens of people over the years. Great service. Absolutely loved using it. I just downloaded my historical data and will not be returning. The software is completely useless now.

Huge shoutout to @Clockify for now starting to nickel and dime their users. A basic feature that has been on their platform for years mind you is now stuck behind a paywall. Tracking my time is basically like writing it down on a piece of paper now. Quality service guys!

@Clockify Hey again, I started a free trial of Pro, but I still can’t see some of the things I was using before, like the hourly rate for projects, the monthly hourly limit under project settings, or the weekly earned budget. Are you sure the Basic plan includes all of these?

@Clockify recently updated their plan structure, and this pricing table is so hard to understand. I just want to keep using the product I’ve used for free for the last 3 years, but I can’t even figure out which plan I need.

@Uxsevgi Hello there! You can navigate to Workspace settings by clicking the 3 dots button in the top-left corner, switch to the Permissions tab, and re-enable Billable hours. All your data will be instantly restored and visible again. We remain available for any further assistance!

@Itx_Shad0w Hi there! To clarify, this option is still fully available on the Basic plan, where you aren't limited to 31 days and can track any window just like before. On the Free plan, the filter is capped at 31 days, but you can still pick any custom window under that.

@Clockify What kind of business randomly removes a core feature like "Billable hours" tracking from its platform without notice or preperation time? I've just lost track of what hours were billables, should I just invoice you for the compensation?

@aaw_nu I understand. Notices were sent to workspace admins to acknowledge beforehand, as maintaining a fast and secure app required moving to a sustainable model. Please be assured that all your data remains completely safe unless you choose to manually delete it. 🙏

Vibe coding can help in so many ways. Last week my free @Clockify plan announced removal of export CSV option to Pro. I only needed a basic tool for myself so i vibe coded an @AutoIt script and made an EXE. Took me 15 minutes.

Not tracking your hours as a freelancer is like guessing how much your time is worth. I started using @Clockify a few months ago after @Kalifranzone recommended it. Simple, free, and it does the job. Turns out things always take longer than I think. Every single time. Now I price projects with real data instead of gut feeling. What do you use to track your time? Or are you still winging it?

@Clockify My app is suddenly not working now

@thementalfix Hello there, we do provide updates for all of our apps, both phone and desktop apps, fixing some issues in the background and optimizing the apps. Our goal is to have the app operational at all times, and from time to time also add features for the betterment of the app!

@Clockify why is there an update pushed almost daily now. Create the updates, TEST THEM. then deploy once a week if not once a month. Every time I open the platform, Update, what changes??? Nothing, visually we get less options that is about it.
