Oh please. You have to specify what these “abnormalities are.” Most everyone over 40 will have soft findings like tendinosis/tendinitis or mild labral degeneration. It’s the full thickness/high grade rotator cuff partial tears or labral tears that are clinical relevant that matter.

#RotatorCuff abnormalities on #MRI were found in 99% of adults aged 41–76, including 96% of asymptomatic shoulders, indicating most findings are age-related rather than disease. ja.ma/4qD96Su
