@JDVance_News I saw this video like a year ago. I go to the mall weekly with my kids and it’s never like this. I’m sure this was an event, or a birthday party. But keep being a racist POS

🚨 THIS IS THE MALL OF AMERICA IN MINNESOTA Look at the crowds. It doesn’t look like America anymore — it looks like Mogadishu. Trump just called it out: Somalis are dominating the Mall of America, with 80%+ likely on welfare. And the numbers back it up hard: • 81% of Somali households in Minnesota are on some form of government welfare • 73% on Medicaid • 54% on food stamps • 89% of Somali households with children are on welfare Compare that to just 21% of native-born American households. This isn’t “diversity.” This is a massive welfare invasion that’s bankrupting taxpayers, changing the culture, and turning one of America’s iconic malls into something unrecognizable. Minnesota welcomed it with open arms and endless benefits. Now the state is drowning in fraud scandals and parallel societies. Enough. Deport the criminals, end the chain migration, and put America First again! Secure the border. Enforce USA laws. Stop importing the Third World. Who else is sick of this? 🇺🇸 #USA #AmericaFirst #DeportNow #Minnesota

Last year we saw rookie runnings like Kyle Monangai and Woody Marks sitting in waivers for far too long. Someone picked them up and you wished you had. Don't let that happen again. Here are 6 running back prospects to stash before your league catches on: 1. Kaytron Allen

Sorry to miss the No Kings rally, as the Wolves moved up their game with the Pistons to 4:30 for national television. Could swing it if it was in Mpls but size of St Paul rally and road closures make it problematical.

@joshuatheard @allenanalysis This. The Democrats don’t want to fund ICE and Border Patrol, but want to fund TSA. The Republicans want them all funded. There is the impasse.

🚨BREAKING: Jessica Tarlov is absolutely COOKING. Perino: “Why don’t Democrats just claim victory and stop doing this to TSA agents?” Jessica: Democrats have already introduced 7 standalone TSA funding bills — and 10 broader bills that fund TSA, the Coast Guard, and FEMA. That’s the exchange. One side says “Just end it.” The other says “We already tried.”

@GregLehman @DavideMarotta9 Sometimes knees hurt. I say it all the time. My residency trained colleagues get lost in the weeds too often trying to find “root cause” rather than working on the stuff that the patient wants to get back to doing.

@pgmDPT @DavideMarotta9 Ya. And many want special knowledge. Eg. Your glute med is inhibited causing hip adduction and this leads to increased patellar loading etc Sounds more impressive than your knee hurts because that happens sometimes

@DavideMarotta9 @GregLehman It’s because PTs want to fix people and if there isn’t something concrete to fix some PTs struggle to find value. I know early in my career I felt that way, as you can experience you figure it out.

@GregLehman Great take, Greg. What I struggle to understand is why these “pessimistic movement” narratives are still heavily taught in postgraduate education. We’re still framing normal movement variability as something to fix. Why do you think we’re so slow to move on from this?

This is not an endorsement of Eric. But the belief that an MD somehow create magic is the problem with western medicine. The reality is that majority of physicians are mediocre or below and hide behind degree to protect their business. They go after Nurse Practitioner with the same zeal.

@peterbradyvlcno @NBA__Courtside We’re a game out of the 3rd.. we haven’t been playing as well as we could’ve playing but saying we’re the 6th seed without that context is a bit disingenuous

Anthony Edwards says the Timberwolves have a better chance to win with him shooting: “I look forward to the heavily contested, shoot over two people kind of shots. I work on those shots all the time. I just try to shoot it every time that I touch it. Some people say I should pass the ball but I’ll be alright. I think we have a better chance of winning if I shoot it”

As someone who completed a 5 year surgical residency, normal people don’t quit when they’re 6 months from finishing unless there’s a major red flag. Additionally, people with those red flags shouldn’t be surgeon general.

@AdamFerrellNFL From a business standpoint, Aiyuk is currently a distressed asset. No team is going to trade a first-round pick for a guy coming off a major injury who spent his Friday night as a human ice cream stand. His market value is plummeting faster than the temperature of that cone.

Concern continues to grow regarding disgruntled WR Brandon Aiyuk. Late Friday evening, Aiyuk went on Instagram Live and let an ice cream cone melt all over him for the entirety of the 9-minute stream.

@RadRadDoc @JAMAInternalMed I think the point is that when someone’s shoulder suddenly hurts, without a mechanism, we shouldn’t order an MRI as it may show a tendinopathy that has been there for years and is not useful information for the provider but could be a fear inducer for the patient.

Oh please. You have to specify what these “abnormalities are.” Most everyone over 40 will have soft findings like tendinosis/tendinitis or mild labral degeneration. It’s the full thickness/high grade rotator cuff partial tears or labral tears that are clinical relevant that matter.
