@British_Airways hey there, currently mid-trip from SEA to JNB but can see that my bike was left in SEA. Can anyone help getting that expedited to JNB before I lose another 12 hours before I log a baggage claim in JNB. Thanks!
Just had a conversation with a call center agent (Tripty) who was very helpful, explained that they had a backlog of bags in Seattle for the flight I was on, and would be prioritizing getting the bag on the plane today. Really hopeful that we may have a plan here! Come on BA! 🤞
So, another 12 hours have past since the last update here and the bike status remains: "TRACING CONTINUES. PLEASE CHECK BACK LATER". Requests from the @British_Airways team to help via DM have largely gone unanswered. On hold with their baggage claim number now. 🤞
