I feel like I would lose at the #SafePlaceSelfie campaign. Seriously though — everyone in the central U.S. should identify their safe place NOW before tornado season really ramps up. It should be muscle memory… just like a fire drill. Review it before this weekend please!

@DianeHaywood71 @kateStrasdin @RCT I always thought Queen Elizabeth had a great figure and legs and wore her tasteful clothes very well. Her waist wasn’t as tiny as Margaret’s, but she looked more “balanced” and elegant imho. What a fascinating show, I’m sure.

Watched Garner in the Rockford Files when I was a kid in the '70s and loved the show. He was the quintessential likeable, relatable and (sometimes) bumbling Private Eye during the decade when shows about P.I.'s were ubiquitous. Miss the TV of the "good old days!" (When reality was reality and TV was TV!)

@ceqtarian Same. I’ll do a whole 3 star getaway weekend, especially if the place has blackout drapes. Even have a fave about an hr away I go to every couple months. Good for the soul.

If your Monday wasn’t too jazzy, know that three sheep- Neep, Wilbur and Thrusty Clappernuts(yes, really)- went rogue and all in today. Living vicariously through sheep in this day and age is entirely allowed. 🤗

Neep the Sheep, son of Turnip and owner of a teaspoon-sized brain, is now under maximum security in the glamping paddock. On Friday I put a new extra thick chain on his gate. Neep spent two full days staring at it, thinking very hard. By day three he decided subtlety was for cowards, charged the hedge, blasted a Neep-shaped hole and gallumphed down the road in triumph. Wilbur and Thrusty Clappernuts followed. (Thrusty, an elderly gentleman got tired halfway through the jailbreak celebrations and fell asleep in the middle of the road. On a blind corner.) I tracked them by following a trail of mud and sheep poo, found Thrusty impersonating a traffic bollard, Wilbur standing guard in the ditch, and Neep casually eating someone’s bedding plants. So now they’re in the glamping paddock, which has high stone walls, an outdoor library, tents and children’s toys. We are hoping this will keep Neep’s ADHD brain busy while we remortgage ourselves to re-fence the farm.

My dad found and is able to stream a radio station from Eunice (older rock and pop). Unfortunately Shazam couldn't help me find the artist but we heard a cover of "Mountain of Love" with some of the lyrics in Cajun French. This station has been a delightful find.
