🚨 H-1B VS. L-1: WHICH VISA PROGRAM HURTS AMERICAN WORKERS MORE? 🚨 Both H-1B and L-1 visa programs need urgent reform, but addressing L-1 visa program abuse should be the government’s first priority. Why? 🔴 H-1B at least has a cap, lottery, wage rules, and public visibility. 🔴 L-1 has no annual cap, no lottery, and is used to bring in employees from offshore through internal company transfers with zero scrutiny. L1 visa holders can bring in their dependents (L2 spice/children) and they can also get work permit. Since L1 visa extension process is much easier & no cap limit, offshore candidates often switch to L1 visa categories to bypass the H-1B scrutiny. ⚠️ FRAUD PIPELINE FOR L1 VISA: Offshore hire (any position, no specialty requirement) → internal transfer → U.S. placement → no lottery → no annual cap → reduced scrutiny → files for Green Card → American workers displaced. Spent yesterday at the federal courthouse in Charlotte Amalie, US VI, at a mediation in the lawsuit over the territory’s failure to comply with Bruen, thereby violating Second Amendment rights of the islanders. Very beautiful views from the courthouse. Sunday and Monday, I also hiked in St Thomas and St. John, in addition to meeting the US attorney and my trial team while preparing for mediation and reviewing a brand new gun law passed by the legislature this week. Got my 20k steps in too, not easy in the heat and humidity! We did not resolve the case. There is more work to do, mainly back at Main Justice!

It is criminal that our government enabled a bat virus to infect and spread between humans. Indeed, it is hard to imagine a bigger betrayal of our species. It is equally troubling that the mad scientists who did this then gaslit all the people of the world about it, including those who CORRECTLY interpreted the evidence. Then, of course, the very same monsters amped up fear of the Covid frankenvirus and steered the panicked public away from safe medicines, and toward an obviously dangerous gene-therapy which they falsely called a vaccine in order to lure us into acceptance. These are among the greatest crimes EVER committed against humanity. We now have persuasive evidence of everything I have said above. If we don't correct the record and hold the perpetrators to account, this pattern will happen again, and again, and again--shortening our life expectancy, and degrading our quality of life each time that it does. I'm seeing a lot of fake information about a potential deal to reopen the Strait and end Iran's nuclear weapons program. First, the Iranians are not receiving any cash, and no funds are being released for simply signing a deal or attending a meeting. The deal is structured to ensure that the US and its allies concerns are prioritized, and that if the Islamic Republic of Iran meets its obligations, then economic benefits will flow to them and to the entire region. This deal has the potential to remake the region and lead to lasting peace. I've noticed a couple of bizarre things in the reporting over the last few hours. First, people who (rightly) said Donald Trump was a historic president a month ago now criticizing a deal based on unconfirmed media reports. Second, people who say you can't trust a word said by the IRGC who apparently believe anonymously sourced social media posts. The president is going to get us a good outcome, one way or the other.
