@CrootMatt True. Went with my oldest who’s more football and we talked about how in that game it’s all about change the manager as that’s the easiest reaction when things go bad. But that’s not how teams work.

@simontillo Definitely waiting for academy to pay off more players & I accept that cap squeeze has caused havoc in nearly all clubs. That's what killing me atm mate, this side is a winning side on paper but we look rudderless & yesterday was in most departments as bad as it's been all yr.

@CrootMatt 1) no plan survives first contact and this is long haul til academy really beds in 2) I was shocked by yesterday’s performance which is much better than resigned to defeat - this 🐻 team can win 3) I miss Wasps and Worcs!

hope doesn't come to that as another reboot under different leadership will be highly disruptive, but being at point we are now with little sign of improvement & limited timescales ahead of us it's certainly a case of now or never in my opinion. As ever we go again & C'mon Bris!
