Seed oils are machine lubricants and without highly industrial purification, not suitable for any food application. We don't need it. We are not adapted to digest them without getting slowly sick.

Hmm I wonder which is better, either a man having a minimally invasive 20 min vasectomy under local anaesthetic that comes with a recovery time of 1 day or a woman having major abdominal surgery under general anaesthetic that takes a month to recover from. Impossible to say!

American "culture" has destroyed British culture to the point you could get one thousand 18- 40 year old Britons together who couldn't name 10 British traditions or cultural norms but could parrot any number of American words, pop culture and habits. That's who destroyed British culture. If you don't believe it, go anywhere in Europe today and see what local cultural events, unique to that culture are taking place through summer.
