Hey @virginmedia so this pack has been forwarded from my old address to Canada. I told your operative on the phone multiple times I was moving abroad, I messaged and even sent a reply 2 the engineer's text telling him I now live in Canada! 🇨🇦 I don't have contact with new owner

@virginmedia I can't text one of your engineers out of the blue and ask him to collect some equipment from a house I no longer live at. If virgin is so desperate for the stuff back, they should be getting someone to contact me in person instead of sending infuriating auto texts!

@virginmedia Yes I text it back using my Canadian number. I told him I'd moved to Canada so I wouldn't be there to collect. I asked him to tell his manager to try and get it sorted.

@virginmedia There was an engineer going to collect it 2 weeks ago though?! Sadly not no, I left it because the lady who bought the house said she would go with virgin so it made sense to keep the stuff.
