Ukraine will continue responding to any strikes by the Russian Federation and applying its fair long-range sanctions.
Russia wants to escalate tensions within the European Union: when we are responding to Russian strikes and a drone appears in the skies over Latvia, Lithuania, or Estonia, we understand that the Russians may be altering the course of our drones. These were separate incidents caused by their electronic warfare systems.
We already have the experience of our cooperation with countries in the Middle East. We sent our expert teams, who provided training on how to act in the circumstances of various threats. And these are pretty fast and effective solutions.
We are now ready to do the same with our close partners in Europe. We can act through the Drone Deal format. We are ready to send our expert teams. We are already doing and will continue to do so with our close partners.

It was a security assurance, Ukraine would get support from Russia if the U.S. invaded, and Ukraine would get support from the U.S. and the U.K if Russia invaded.
Now that the U.S. isn't being considered in Ukraine's execution of the war, they are taking territory while Russia decays.

‼️BREAKING: The Ukraine Support Act (H.R. 2913) HAS PASSED — 226 in favor, 195 against. 18 republicans supported the bill! The bill received more than the simple majority required for passage in the House, once again demonstrating that a majority of the U.S. Congress supports continued aid to Ukraine. It is the first Ukraine aid bill to pass the House since the new administration took office. The legislation strengthens Ukraine’s defense, tightens sanctions on Russia, and supports efforts to return abducted Ukrainian children. But, as always, this is not the end. The bill must now pass the Senate and be signed by President Trump. At this point, both remain significant challenges.
