Some of our users are getting “message rejected” and “messages blocked” while sending the emails internally within organisations. Tried to reach support but i was in queue for last 30 min. Could you please help us here on priority.

If you pause the campaign OR delete it then it will stop sending the emails in future however this will not remove the emails from recipeints inbox.
