Is there anything worse than a crying baby on a plane? I wish parents would control their children. It’s so disruptive. I refuse to believe a baby cries for 10 hours. At some point this is just bad parenting, right?

That reasoning collapses under its own weight.
Iran didn't launch anything until it was attacked.
Responding to being bombed is not the same as posing an imminent threat.
If self-defense proves you deserved to be attacked, then every country with a military is fair game for preemptive war.
Capability without intent is not a threat.
Brazil has a military. So does Indonesia.
Nobody is suggesting they need to be neutralized.
The moment you start treating the mere existence of weapons as justification for striking first, you've created a world where every nation on earth is either attacking or waiting to be attacked...

No. This is a partial DHS shutdown (not the entire government), ongoing since mid-February over ICE/CBP reforms vs. full funding.
Baldwin voted yes on the Democrats' bill to fund TSA (and some other non-ICE DHS parts) only, excluding immigration enforcement amid negotiations. Republicans blocked it, insisting on clean full-DHS funding with no conditions.
Both sides have blocked the other's proposals multiple times. No comprehensive bill to reopen all DHS has passed.

Chipotle always promotes free toppings on their burritos like corn salsa, cilantro rice and so on. However many customers are taking advantage of it by ordering a burrito with double meat, then loading up on so many toppings it becomes impossible to wrap with a single tortilla, then they order another tortilla on the side and agent they get home they will take some of the filling from the huge burrito and make another burrito with the extra tortilla they got on the side.
More and more people are taking advantage of this loop hole which allows customers to get a second burrito for only the price of the extra meat. Are customers going to ruin it for others or should Chipotle shut this down by weighing toppings here in out?

Chipotle announced they were having a buy one get one free deal between 3p-4p for a day. People started lining p around 2:00 to participate in the promotion. At about 2:40pm the manager at the Bronx chipotle shut down the store and did not open again until 4p. The manager then told the people who have been waiting in line for 2 hours that the promotion was over and they were not doing the buy one get one deal. What’s messed up is they knew they weren’t going to participate yet they did not tell anyone nor did they have a sign saying they weren’t doing it either. Since the kids have been waiting there patiently, shouldn’t they honor it anyways?

He describes a Los Angeles law firm that allegedly scammed celebs/athletes by overbilling (hiring ~10 people at $75/hr just to "watch your account" on $1M+ lawsuits). He plans to sue them via class action someday. No public ID yet from him or reports.

These friends all live together in an apartment with another roommate. He does the bare minimum around the apartment, he refuses to chip in for the food or utilities that he uses, they tried to be reasonable with him but they don’t feel it’s fair that he always eats their food without replacing it. He even uses their razors and soaps in the restroom.
So today a few of the roommates have decided they have had enough. They are locking up all of the supplies and food he likes to use, was this a fair move or should they just have booted him because we all know he’s not gonna pay extra for their food he eats. Wouldn’t you just stop keeping your food in the kitchen?
