@texasrunnerDFW I use to in Florida. But the clientele of ppl that went kind of scared me. Nurses that got minimum wage were mean to ppl. being a teacher, all the puncture wounds made me look like I was a heroin addict.

@UziCryptoo The most you get for 30 years in Fl is $2500 month. No benefits either. You only make that in the northeast. My father as a custodian in NY makes more now in retirement and he retired 10 years ago. I still have ten years as a teacher and will make the above. Go figure

Spoke to a teacher from New York. Makes $140,000/yr with a 10 month schedule. Retires in 2026 with ~ $90,000/yr pension + full health benefits. Traditional careers like this can be game changers. Why aren’t more people doing this?!

🚨 My $SCHD Reconstitution Predictions are HERE. $SCHD is about to look very different. Reconstitution is tomorrow (Friday, March 20), when the index resets and reapplies its rules to maintain quality and dividend growth. I ran the numbers, rebuilt the methodology, and estimated the new portfolio. This is my best attempt using available data, not exact. But after digging through everything… Some major shifts are coming. Big names may be out. New ones coming in. Less energy? Fewer staples? Less industrials? More financials? More tech? I’ll walk through the predicted adds, removals, and how it could impact yield, sector allocation, and the top 15 holdings 👇

Realty Income and NNN often get all the love in the REIT space- But don't overlook the quality of Agree Realty's portfolio. 67% of their tenants are investment grade, far higher than their peers.

Honestly, as someone who has traveled a lot, India is the best country I have ever traveled to. It’s incredible. I will have been here for 9 days when I leave, and there is still so much to see and do. My experience has been amazing and India is portrayed negatively in the media as a place Amercians should avoid, but I realize a lot of that is completely made up. The people, food, culture and hospitality culture are just incredible. I have felt safe and comfortable the entire time I have been here and India will truly be the next big super power. This country has incredible potential and you have to see it yourself to understand because the media only makes it out to be 3rd world. That couldn’t be further from the truth. Indian people are the nicest people I have ever met. I am very grateful for my time in India. I have enjoyed it so much and I hope I can come back every year. Next time I want to visit South India. I have tried to do as much as possible these last 9 days but there is still so much to see and do. All good things come to an end. I’ll be back (hopefully soon). I love India. My misconceptions have been corrected. I have nothing but nice things to say. 🇮🇳

If Trump is winning and this is all planned, they won’t be freaking out right now. This is the end of the Petrodollar but not the end of the Dollar. No one in the neighborhood would pay the Mafia boss protection money if that protection turns out to be BS. I am going to start blocking 100D chess Bullshitters. They are either BOTS or they are lunatics who are hurting people with their delusional BS.

You have a lot of “levers”. Scott Bessent: In the coming days, we may unsanction the Iranian oil that's on the water. It's about 140 million barrels, so depending how you count it, that's 10 days to 2 weeks of supply, that the Iranians had been pushing out, that would have all gone to China. In essence, we'd be using the Iranian barrels against the Iranians to keep the price down for the next 10 or 14 days, as we continue this campaign. So, we have lots of levers.

WHAT DO THE FOLLOWING COMPANIES ALL HAVE IN COMMON? 1. Cape Cod Potato Chips 2. Fidelity Investments 3. General Electric 4. Raytheon 5. Takeda Pharmaceutical 6. Verizon 7. Staples 8. Charles River Laboratories 9. BorgWarner 10. Curia Global THEY ALL HAVE PERMANENTLY OR PARTIALLY LEFT MA In fact, in January 2026, Curia announced it would permanently close its manufacturing facility in Burlington due to “high electricity rates and the state's regulatory environment.” 3 months before deciding to close its MA operations - PERMANENTLY - Curia had been publicly honored by state lawmakers and @MassGovernor at Gillette Stadium as a “Manufacturer of the Year.” During her speech, @maura_healey praised the Curia as an example of how “Massachusetts is where the technologies of the future get built." They lie to the public. Speaking of businesses facing skyrocketing electricity prices - here’s a local business where the price of electricity literally doubled.

Wow…the death on Boston and Massachusetts. Punish/tax businesses and they leave…More taxes on those that remain. Fidelity has already moved thousands of jobs to Texas. youtu.be/xttNhu9nKhQ

Where do you go… when even the places meant for the poor are too expensive to survive? #PrivateEquity is buying up trailer parks fast - 23 firms already own 1,800+ parks & are snapping up ~25% of parks sold each year. They raise rents on people who can’t leave. This is a trap.

Hector Resendez - Trade School Secrets
There are only about 25,000 elevator technicians in the entire U.S. Let that sink in. Now think about how many elevators exist: • Apartments • Hospitals • Hotels • Office buildings • Airports Every single one needs maintenance… forever. Now here’s where it gets interesting: Elevator techs make $100k on average Top earners clear $150k+ With overtime in big cities? Even higher. And the “training pipeline” everyone talks about? It’s not 4 years of college. It’s: • Apprenticeship programs • Trade-based training • Earn while you learn So let me get this straight… We’re telling 18 year olds to take on $100k+ in debt… Instead of pointing them toward a career where they can make six figures fixing elevators? Here’s the controversial part: The shortage isn’t because the job is bad. It’s because no one is telling kids this path exists. We’ve marketed college. We’ve ignored trades like this. And now we have a massive gap. In 10–15 years? The people who chose these “invisible trades” are going to look like geniuses. Fun fact: only one out of the three elevators worked during our trip and average wait time was 10-15 mins.
