Look for stocks making all time high in falling market like now. Check their QOQ sales/ profits increasing atleast by 20% for 3 years. Look for increase in institutional investing. Such small caps are filtered with 20%+ growth, ROE 17%+, RS >80, Price above 200DMA, Top 20 industry and low debt. Wait for a proper base (Cup/Double Bottom/etc), volume dry-up, and breakout with +40–100% volume in a confirmed uptrend. Just an outline of whole inclusive process.

Here’s the thing: In a falling / flat market, the real leaders stand out. Stocks that are rising today, while everything else bleeds are not random. Check their Relative Strength (RS) line: If it’s breaking out before price does, you may be staring at a 4x–5x candidate. Leaders show strength before the market turns.
