EVERYBODY gets two holidays!” • Christianity: Add Easter • Hinduism: Diwali & Holi • Buddhism: Vesak & Lunar New Year • Sikhism: Vaisakhi & Guru Nanak Jayanti • Judaism: Passover & Yom Kippur • Baháʼí Faith: Naw-Rúz & Ridván • Jainism: Mahavir Jayanti & Diwali • Shinto: Oshogatsu & Rei-sai At this rate, pretty soon everyone will have half a year off from state holidays. Who’s ready for the ultimate California vacation calendar?

I keep thinking that I still have cottonmouth even though I’ve had like five big glasses of water. The only problem is that while I did fill up a big glass of water, I wasn’t really drinking it… I was just looking at it and thinking about drinking it, which apparently does nothing to quench your thirst or hydrate you. To summarize this, I thought that I drank five big glasses of water but in reality I just thought about drinking the one big glass of water five different times. The craziest part of all is that I never actually took one sip of the water and this has been happening for well over three hours now. It’s still in front of me right now, completely full…
