Did anyone have issues with cointracker giving you incorrect cost basis information? I’ve been ripping hair out the last two days trying to fix these taxes.

@rizzvisuals I've had a lot of trouble with it and there's no easy way to manually change the cost basis. Crypto taxes have a long way to go....NFT's get all sorts of messed up by Cointracker

@rizzvisuals Yup, huge mess. I'm hoping the platform gets an update soon so that it handles NFTs better. Not exactly ready for primetime in its current state.

Yo crypto taxes are the most aggravating shit on the planet. I know for a fact I didn’t make 8k last year on crypto/nfts and cointracker can’t seem to figure it out.

Shockingly disruptive. Zero customer service as well. Anybody have suggestions for a new service for next year?

Having a lot of problems with Cointracker this year. I have tons of transactions that say "needs review" all of a sudden and customer service team is not replying. Anybody else going through this? Any help?

@Cointracker switched something major internally Destroyed a few of my clients crypto tax reports that now show 20k+ higher cap gains for 2021 Some freaking out, considering amending their return to pay way more taxes NEVER SWITCH UP DURING TAX SEASON WTF U DOING COINTRACKER

@412nft That's been a big issue for me as well. Seems that there is a lot of crypto that the software doesn't know the origin of and therefore cost basis is missing...

@Tractodoteth @JPEGosaurus @CoinTracker I think I am having the same problem! Not sure what to do about it because I have hundreds of transactions that “need to be reviewed”. Registering ENS names also results in error messages

@JPEGosaurus @CoinTracker I have. I dont think my transfers to my ledger show up good.

@Swanky_eth Wow….What you decided to do is very noble and not everybody would have done it. A close friend put his professional sports career on hold to take care of his father too. Hearing of the loss of your soul mate is painful especially due to timing. I pray for things to turn around🙏
