I am a less active member of the Church who has experimented with a lot of things that are discouraged by the Church. Having some time to find myself and more importantly give the Lord an opportunity to work miracles in my life has brought me back to the Church. I am still not perfect but the Lord temporarily left the 99 and found me. The foundational truth that neither you nor any of the other idiotic ignoramuses truly embrace or believe in is the actual nature of the Gospel which means, by definition: 1. Through Faith in Jesus Christ AND 2. Honestly seeking repentance for sin, We can be made clean through the atoning sacrifice of our Savior. Honest question. He says there are only 4 or 5 members on the BYU team. That is about a third of the whole roster. The BYU Football team is roughly 50-60% members. How many members of the church are unable to play these sports because the school recruits so heavily from outside the church? This feels like the Roman army increasingly drawing non-Roman’s into their army, who had far less loyalty to the empire.
