@ph4rosound Thank you for your feedback! It means a lot. The Steam page should be up within the next couple of weeks.

@Entropy_Games_ Nice fog, I think your environment is much more defined than Iron Lug. Cool idea to experiment with third person but first person is the standard and what players most likely I think. Is there an ETA for the Steam Page to go live?

I love how third-person looks in my game, but the actual game will be first-person I want to preserve that body cam horror feeling. Perhaps I can add third-person as an option? What do you think?

Working through environment polish before dropping the trailer and Steam page for my Iron Lung-inspired horror game where you pilot a rover on a distant planet. Huge thanks to everyone following! #gamedev #indiedev #indiegame #IndieGameDev #horrorgame #horrorgames #horror

@ChoochooTr68965 I really appreciate that! The Steam page isn’t up just yet, but I’m working on it right now, should it up soon. I’ll share it here as soon as it’s live.

@Entropy_Games_ I'm really impressed by the visuals you've managed to create but I mean come on dude, the concept alone of this as a game is so creative. Is it available for wishlist?

@BecomingCaptain Always have a playground project By that I mean a big project that acts as a testing ground for new ideas I can’t overstate how much time this saves, having old code and assets ready lets me prototype way faster. When you’re done, just migrate/export it into a new project

Images of Mars have always creeped me out. They’re taken from so far away, yet somehow feel familiar. Like uncanny valley but in a completely different context, like we shouldn’t be seeing these images at all. This is the feeling I want to capture in my horror game.

Trying to find the visual mood for the environment design. I like the idea of stripping colour away. Less information puts more emphasis on the form. Either way, I may keep the environment pretty muted.

@JonasTyroller I usually dislike puzzle games but am crazy about the Portal games. So, for me, a good story and first person perspective goes a long way

People who don't typically enjoy puzzle games, what would it take for you to enjoy one?

Good rule of thumb: make your horizon and fog the opposite color of your lights. Generally makes for an interesting gradient of complimentary colors. Creates separation, visual interest, mood, etc.
