@ExiledBriton Same here. 71. Teacher. 50 years supporting Scotland. Still pay tax. 2 sons. Always lived here. Starmer and Swinney are giving away my country. I'm supposed to stand by and Starmer says if I don't like it I can leave. My family died in wars. They worked the land. For what? This?

It's sad to see everybody repeatedly saying 'enough' after every incident. We all know it's gone way too far and we're hoping each incident will become the real watershed moment, but nothing ever happens. Everybody is waiting for someone else to do something.

I exist in very middle class circles of those in their 30s and 40s and that's how everyone thinks - even those with kids and good jobs. Very much because they are one-removed from it all. As am I but I'm not blind to it.
