@airfrance I eventually got my repayment for buying essentials when my luggage was delayed but my wife’s claim (C-10808894) is now a problem. She received an email saying it had been paid under my claim (C-10808300) but it wasn’t. She filed her claim separately.

@airfrance I did finally get my expense claim paid but strangely my wife’s, that was submitted at the same time as mine, is still outstanding. As for your customer service response times, I never did get any replies on either Messenger or WhatsApp.

@airfrance Nearly two days now with no response. After a cancelled flight, not being rebooked for two days with no support for accommodation etc then luggage not being put on new flight. Now waiting 2 months for refund for purchase of essentials. Customer service?

@airfrance I do appreciate that your teams are very busy. My issue is that you tell people to contact them via WhatsApp or Messenger. I used WhatsApp yesterday morning at 10:20am (my local time) and, other than some automated responses, have not got any reply as yet 22 hours later.

@LATAM_BRA hi, I’m trying to book flights from Buenos Aries to Lisbon with a few days stopover in Sao Paulo. You offer this as a free option but say it has to be arranged through WhatsApp but every time I try to do that, it just says ‘hello, I can’t help you at the moment’.

@malllmallll @chatrmobile My wife had a Mobilicity sim in her phone . We went to a Chatr store and were told that the sim is no longer compatible with the network. Had to pay $10 for a new sim. I don’t think users should have to pay for something out of their control.
