When is @chatrmobile going to make an @Android app like @rogerrwireless, Bell Mobility, @FreedomMobile, and @TELUS has? That way we don't have to go your locations to top up our accounts!

@cassey2408 Worse case scenerio as inconvenient it may be, you can look at getting a new number as an alternate option as there is nothing more we can do from our end for support. ^rt

@cassey2408 Otherwise you can try submitting another ticket explaining your findings to see if they can do anything. However, Chatr Mobile is strictly a self self platform so the assistance you can get is very limited.

@cassey2408 If it's been that long the number may have been already assigned to someone else. Have you tried calling your old number to see if someone else picks up the phone by any chance? ^rt

@cassey2408 What you can do is go here localcallingguide.com/lca_prefix enter your area code in the NPA section and enter the first three digits of your phone number in the NXX field. For example 416-456-**** you would enter 416 for NPA and enter 456 for NXX then hit enter. ^rt

@chatrmobile I went to the store and I’m getting the same result. It can’t be topped up because the number is not recognized as a CHATR number

@cassey2408 Totally understandable, the number you may have had with chatr wireless may have been ported from another carrier hence it's not our number. ^rt

@cassey2408 So sorry to hear the number being deactivated, if you do need help with top up and/or reactivation of your services you do need to submit a ticket as indicated earlier or visit a retail location near you. Check out the previous link that we had provided. ^rt

@988Canada @chatrmobile I don’t understand how CHATR operates. There’s no way to contact a customer service. My number was deactivated for no reason and I can’t get into touch with anyone to get it reactivated. I’m a senior citizen. This is so wrong
