Where do we submit complaints about ads on #F1TV during the pre- and post- shows? Interrupting interesting commentary during the Miami post-show for an ad for the Miami Grand Prix was particularly insulting @F1Help

@F1Help Got the same answer of them telling me to try to “restore purchase” which I said I already tried before even contacting you. Meanwhile I have been missing out on all of the F1 track action while having an active subscription.

@F1Help I resubscribed via apple store to f1 tv pro last night because i wanted to watch f1 again, but unfortunately when in the app i click on recover purchases, it says “no purchases found” which is very frustrating bc i have payed for it so i would like to be able to use it.

@F1Help Yeah that’s what I tried and didn’t work as I said. Already contacted the support team last night but it’s taking a while to get back to me apparently. Which is frustrating cause I am missing out on the F1 action. But thanks for trying to help anyways.
