What is @SurfAI and why I am bullish on this?
So Surf is basically trying to become the AI brain for crypto. Not another chatbot wrapper. More like a full intelligence layer that pulls together onchain data, market info, social sentiment, prediction markets and wallet activity into one place💎
What makes it interesting is how it is structured. It is not just Surf Chat. There is Surf Research for deep reports, Surf Skill that lets AI agents like Cursor and Claude tap into crypto data directly, and a full API layer built for developers. So it is clearly aiming at infra level usage, not just retail users asking questions.
The funding also matters here. Backed by Pantera, Coinbase Ventures and DCG with around 15M raised. That is not small money for a “trend project”. It signals they are building something that is meant to last and scale.
The biggest reason I am bullish is the direction. AI agents are going to need clean structured crypto data to actually do anything useful. Surf is positioning itself right in that gap. If agents become a major distribution layer, data infra like this quietly becomes very powerful🙌

I went with btc<---->USDT swaps in the Utexo poll, but all the options make sense in their own way.
That’s what made it very hard to choose.
Yield is obvious for people who want capital efficiency. Private payments matter for users who care about privacy. Agents via x402 is more forward looking and could open a different type of use case completely.
But for me, swaps feel like the base layer of everything.
If Bitcoin and USDT are actually going to sit on the same rails through Lightning, then the first real thing you need is simple movement between the two. Everything else builds on that.
