Day 25: The Audit of Failure- @StarHealthIns Chronicles: #StarHealthAssureInsurance @StarHealthIns finally stopped hiding in the comments yesterday, but their direct reply was just another hollow stall tactic. "Checking the status" is a meaningless phrase when you have already issued an insult of a settlement for a #CancerPatient. The Audit of @StarHealthIns's Failure: ✅❌ Claim 1660888: "Settled" for ₹682 against a ₹99,131 bill. As a Senior Medical Officer, I ask: what clinical logic justifies a 0.6% payout on a premium Assure policy? ❌ Claim 1821175: Still REJECTED. You continue to cite "sub-limits" that are contractually non-existent in this "Star Health Assure insurance" plan. ❌ Backlog: 1726912, 1739241, 1780427. You have had the documents for weeks. @star_orm, your social media team’s "empathy" cannot cover up this systemic breach of contract. Day 21: PURE CRUELTY & FRAUD by @StarHealthIns. A Night of Torture for a #CancerPatient thanks to @StarHealthIns. Despite my mother being admitted at Max Healthcare, @StarHealthIns has RE-REJECTED her chemo claim (CIR/2026/161215/1821175) after a fake "reconsideration." even after getting Preauth approval. My mother was forced to wait and suffer in clinical distress until late last night, only for Star Health to double down on their documented lie about "sub-limits." CEO @ANANDSROY, look at this trail of systemic harassment against ONE #CancerPatient: 1️⃣ 1660888 (Pending) 2️⃣ 1726912 (Pending) 3️⃣ 1739241 (Pending) 4️⃣ 1780427 (Pending) 5️⃣ 1821175 (REJECTED TWICE TODAY) Let this be clear to the public & @IRDAI @MaxHealthcare @FinMinIndia @DFS_India @jagograhakjago : 1. This is a Star Health Assure policy. It has NO sub-limits for this treatment. 2. Citing "exhausted limits" where none exist is Contractual Fraud. 3. A girl shared her pain after her insurance claim was rejected during a medical emergency. She questioned what the value of insurance is if it does not help when you need it the most. Kanushka Sindi said: “Hello everyone, my name is Kanushka Sindi. I have been admitted to Sparsh Hospital in an emergency since February 25. I have a health insurance policy (Policy No: 536311484), but when I tried to claim it for my treatment, it was rejected again and again without any clear reason. I also tried calling customer care, but I did not get any proper response, and sometimes the number did not even work. Because of this, I faced a lot of trouble during an already difficult time. We pay insurance premiums for years because we trust that we will get help when we really need it. But if the insurance company refuses to support us in an emergency, then what is the use of having insurance?
