Despite my mother being admitted at Max Healthcare, @StarHealthIns has RE-REJECTED her chemo claim (CIR/2026/161215/1821175) after a fake "reconsideration." even after getting Preauth approval. My mother was forced to wait and suffer in clinical distress until late last night, only for Star Health to double down on their documented lie about "sub-limits." This is a Star Health Assure policy. It has NO sub-limits for this treatment. 2. Citing "exhausted limits" where none exist is Contractual Fraud. 3. Leaving a senior citizen stranded at night is a violation of human rights and medical safety. As a Senior Medical Officer, I am disgusted. Your "Standalone" status clearly means you stand alone in your lack of ethics. I am now moving to the Insurance Ombudsman and Consumer Court.
