Quand je vois certaines réponses, il ne faut pas s’étonner que la France décroche. Le monde change, les métiers changent, l’IA arrive, et certains préfèrent rester bloqués dans leurs certitudes. La nature favorise ceux qui s’adaptent, pas ceux qui restent rigides sur leurs acquis. Bien content d’avoir quitté la France.

@MalikHussa23485 Thanks for that — and yeah, the plan is everything. You been using SuperTrader Journal for a while? I just started keeping a journal recently, still figuring out my method. Right now I'm just using a basic Excel sheet, nothing fancy.

Finished backtesting a new strategy last week. Took my first live trade this morning — it was a loss, but I followed my plan. No regrets. Finally started a trading journal too. One step at a time.

Non. Apple a compris ce que personne n'ose dire : les labs IA sont des passoires à cash, et ce sont les VC qui vont payer. OpenAI : $14B brûlés/an, pas de profit avant 2030, $60B de coûts cloud pour $25B de revenus. Anthropic reverse chaque dollar gagné en compute à AWS. Le tout sur du capital circulaire : Nvidia → cloud → labs → Nvidia. Une bulle dot-com sous stéroïdes. Le LLM va devenir une commodité. Comme l'électricité, comme la bande passante, comme le cloud avant lui. Aucun moat technique : OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, DeepSeek produisent tous des modèles équivalents avec les mêmes ressources. Quand une techno se commoditise, ce ne sont pas les producteurs qui gagnent. Ce sont ceux qui construisent au-dessus. Google n'a pas inventé internet. Amazon n'a pas inventé le e-commerce. Ils ont bâti la couche qui capte la valeur sur 50 ans. Apple joue exactement ce coup. $3,6T de trésorerie, 2,5 milliards d'appareils, l'écosystème le plus rentable du monde. Pas besoin de gagner la course aux paramètres : il suffit d'attendre que les LLM soient pas chers et fiables, puis d'intégrer. Dans 3-5 ans : les VC actent les pertes, les valorisations s'effondrent, Apple rachète les survivants à prix cassé. Et continue à vendre des iPhone avec un Siri qui marche enfin. Le vrai jeu n'a jamais été le modèle. C'est la distribution.

J’ai testé OpenClaw et Hermes. Et honnêtement, je pense que la hype récente autour de “Hermes est 1000x meilleur” était surtout du putaclic. Pas parce que Hermes est mauvais. Il ne l’est pas. Mais ce n’est pas magique non plus. OpenClaw et Hermes sont simplement deux agents IA différents, avec leurs forces, leurs faiblesses, leurs bugs et leurs compromis. Certains préféreront l’un. D’autres préféreront l’autre. C’est normal. Mais le vrai problème est le même que partout dans l’IA, la crypto et les outils dev : Bonnes idées. Mauvaise UX. Setup compliqué. Expérience instable. Les devs continuent de construire des outils pour des devs, puis s’étonnent que les utilisateurs normaux ne les adoptent pas. Je pense toujours que des agents self-hosted comme OpenClaw ou Hermes sont plus intéressants que des outils 100% propriétaires comme Claude Code ou Codex. Mais il faut arrêter de faire comme si chaque nouvel outil/app était une révolution après l’avoir testé 20 minutes. La révolution est réelle. La hype est épuisante.

I tried both OpenClaw and Hermes. And honestly, I think the recent “Hermes is 1000x better” hype was mostly clickbait. Not because Hermes is bad. It’s not. But it’s not magic either. OpenClaw and Hermes are just different AI agents with different strengths, weaknesses, bugs, and tradeoffs. Some people will prefer one. Some will prefer the other. That’s normal. But the bigger issue is the same as always in AI, crypto, and dev tools: Great ideas. Poor UX. Messy setup. Unstable experience. Devs still build tools for devs, then wonder why normal users don’t adopt them. I still think self-hosted agents like OpenClaw or Hermes are more interesting than fully proprietary tools like Claude Code or Codex. But we should stop pretending every new tool is a revolution after testing it for 20 minutes. The revolution is real. The hype is exhausting.

@bradmillscan Thanks, I thought I was the only one! I did the same and moved from OpenClaw to Hermes. The promises of better memory and fewer bugs didn’t really hold up for me. In both cases, it’s still a lot of bugs. Not better or worse, just different agents with different pros and cons.

Hermes doing the exact same nonsense as OpenClaw did. Gateway full of errors. I'm barely doing anything. All I did was run hermes setup and add ChatGPT oauth as a model provider. Switched back to Grok and asked the agent to diagnose. and it's acting very incapable & erroring as well. Is this the UX most people have when switching to Hermes? Just as terrible as OpenClaw so far.

@JoCryptoTech @openclaw Give the release link to your claw and ask it to compare it against it's own enabled features from the configuration. It knows best what is enabled and what could be beneficial.
