His numbers are wrong. And there wasn't a difference between Americans and High IQ Asians before Hart Celler. Unless you go back a decade or two when Whites of Northern European descent had the highest IQs in the world (prior to mass immigration.)
The IQ system itself is based on White Northern Euro IQ being 100 and the benchmark. Any differences in IQ between White Americans and the highest IQ Asians which is very minimal (2pts), can be explained through racial admixture in our population and a lack of it in Asian ethnostates.

I am imploring that the collective internet take a step back and understand how the justice system works, that this is not a plea of insanity at the time of the murder, and incompetence to stand trial is not a defense of the crime. It is a constitutionally protected right, that you have to be able to understand the proceedings and help in your defense.
Also, this trial is not over, the defense and prosecutor agreed to a 180 day hold, and the trial will continue once it is determined he is fit to stand trial. I like everyone else want to see him found guilty for the heinous crime, but the rage bait/ignorance over this is too much. No matter what this guy will never walk the streets again.

These same stupid rulings are why not guilty by reason of insanity should not be allowed either.

Some context for you, Matt. In Canada, we have a section of Highway 16 in BC that is dubbed the Highway of Tears because a large number of women have gone missing along it. The national number of murdered and missing Indigenous women and girls in Canada is likely over 1,200. The National Inquiry into Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls commenced on 1 September 2016. On 3 June 2019, the National Inquiry released its final report. MMIWG is a campaign to have the RCMP actually investigate these disappearances and bring these women and girls home, or at the very least find iut what happened to them and bring their abductors/murderers to justice. What this lady is doing is adding the rainbow flag brigade into this already established campaign to bring missing women home…apparently 2-Spirit has always been a thing among Indigenous communities of N America, or so they say.
