Boston, MA metro just recorded the 3rd-worst decline in under 5 population of any major U.S. metro from 2005–2024: –33% That’s 87,867 fewer preschool-age kids in one generation. For some context: 2005: 266,812 kids under 5 2024: 178,945 Meanwhile, Austin +98%, Orlando +89%, Raleigh +87%… places where a starter home doesn’t cost $1.2M. What happened to Boston?

@YaboiHoxen Ohio St, Michigan, Penn St, Tennessee all have seating capacity of over 100k. Each home game is packed. Hard Rock capacity pales in comparison. 65k+ Maybe bussing in students from Coral Gables is part of the problem. Kind of a hassle and easier to watch on a big screen.

Miami Hurricanes is the perfect example of why college football teams should NOT play their home games in nfl stadiums. These mfs are number 2 in the country and they can barely fill that damn stadium. Looks embarrassing
