Best part about this game is that there's a mode after you beat it where you play through the whole game again as 70's anime Devilman, complete with the 70's anime opening, soundtrack, and classic-themed moveset. It's like a type of New Game Plus, but with extra flavor.

My brain reminded me about the Devilman PS1 game and I'm shocked at forgetting this. Way before Crybaby existed I remember, after finishing the manga and the 70s anime & OAVs, I got into it because I wanted more Devilman content, which was a rarity back then. Damn the nostalgia..

In today's episode of "SF6 scaling is unintuitive", if you punish with Alex:
DR > st MP > HP chop >> One Wing Angel
it actually does MORE damage than
charge HP > HP chop >> One Wing Angel
(DR > st mp is also faster, for when you don't have time to charge HP or raw HP chop.)

Also, why were Destroy moves removed from Strive? If you got caught with one that was a skill issue. Also, it added a nice flair to the game

I never said GG isn't known for high damage, but the difference in what went into the damage between classic GG and Strive is night and day, saying otherwise is insane

@LinkedChief @SebastianR696 @UNJUSTICE__ Funny to say that, but it shows me you haven't played against Elphelt, Slayer, Johnny, Sin or even Potemkin. With the right ressources every round can become a two-touch round. So yeah, high damage was always the identity of the series and that ain't changing anytime soon

This is still so funny to me man 2XKO killing itself after being out for a month Tekken 8 somehow killing itself a second time SF6 still doing nothing good for balance and just killed Alex's rep for some reason MK1 And Strive either kills itself soon too or goes crazy with 2.00

night sky engine v1.0.2 has been released, minor update with code and blueprint updates. if you're already using night sky engine, i do recommend updating.

@Aa61413240 @SebastianR696 @UNJUSTICE__ Every GG game has burst safe options and that in itself isn't an issue, but they're far more situational and in the case of like Fast/blue RC in AC+R, it was closer tied to execution as well

@LinkedChief @SebastianR696 @UNJUSTICE__ Dawg it it existed in xrd,WS for me served as a movement/combo extender but this probably will help the game more than anything in terms of actually being useful instead of WS (not to mention the different types of WS not being explained well at first)

Burst safe offense isn't the problem until it becomes an identity imo
