I voice Homer (and briefly Marge) over @thesimpsons @Fortnite gameplay. Let me know if I should do more! (@NickEh30 footage) @dailysimpsons @simpsons_DG @AlJean @MikeReissWriter @Alex_Simpsons23 @FortniteBR @FNCreate

@TheReelRobot @promise_ai @TapNow_AI Amazing stuff! The detail, the consistency, the world you created. Think it's the best i've seen of it's type so far. Congrats!

ONE person can make a TV pilot most people can’t tell is AI…
...imagine what a full team of industry veterans at @promise_ai are cooking up.
This is an adult animated comedy about an undercover cop. Who’s also my dog.
Huge thanks to @TapNow_AI for giving me the free credits to make this. I'll share my TapTV workflow in the comments

@thelargestmeech @DrakeGatsby I don't agree... mobile phone ads don't use motion capture. They don't use human voices. The art design may not be groundbreaking. But I'm one person having to do the job of 150 because after 16 years of trying to catch a break, I'm tired of asking. So i'm doing it myself.
English

@LukeGrayComedy @DrakeGatsby The look is about 99% of it, yeah. It just looks like mobile phone ads you'd see on IG. It just comes across as relatively low effort when you're not really *doing* anything to make it look unique

@JHarden13 @UtopaiStudios I too can do 83 second sports related animations.
Check out the trailer to On The Ropes. Even the Anti-AI people aren't calling it slop, which is quite the compliment.

WATCH TRAILER: On The Ropes - The World's First half hour Comedy made with* AI? (*With being the key word here. The future is hybrid. Written, Directed, Edited, Acted by humans.)

@thelargestmeech @DrakeGatsby Define what slop means to you? And how have I failed by creating something which resembles that? I’m interested in improving. Moreso the content, cos the aesthetics will improve in time (I was on a limited budget with an already outdated model)
English

@LukeGrayComedy @DrakeGatsby Here's the thing though
This does look like slop

@DiscussingFilm Huge chance of backfiring but life’s too short...
With the aid of AI, I’m making a comedy series with the aim of making it definitionally ‘unsloppable’
Is this the future for writers who can’t catch a break after years of trying? Make it yourself?
English

Steven Soderbergh says his upcoming documentary about John Lennon and Yoko Ono will include roughly “10 minutes” worth of generative AI.
“AI has been helpful in creating thematically surreal images that occupy a dream space rather than a literal space. And that’s been really fun because you need a Ph.D. in literature to tell it what to do. But like every other piece of technology, it desperately requires very close human supervision.”

@ZacharyLevi @X Huge chance of backfiring but life’s too short to not take risks.
I’ve tried hard to make an animated comedy series with the aid of ai, however my aim was to make it definitionally ‘unsloppable’
Is this the future for creatives trying catch a break?
English

Goooooood mooorrrnnniiinnnggg!!! On a couple flights today and have some time to kill here on the @X. How we all doin out there, people of earth? 🙃🙌

@IMAO_ AI didn't write/direct this BUT it did help me 'animate' it. Hopefully there's a couple of good jokes within. I believe the future is hybrid.

@icreatelife 100%! I spent two weeks trying to make something that even the most vehemently anti-AI person couldn't even call 'slop'

@techhalla Thank you! Genuinely appreciate your kind words considering your expertise. Fingers crossed I'm able to team up with the right people to make it a fully fledged series.
English

@dustinhollywood Thanks man! Hugely appreciate the repost too! I believe hybrid is the way forward, especially with comedy.

People in AI film that don’t have an art/film background have no idea yet.. you are all just going with what is known or basic and presented to you but that’s wrong, you need to design your shots implicitly with the story not whatever the model gives you.. this is how you actually need to be thinking and planning out shots.. they serve the story, not a cool VFX dopamine hit.
If you can’t or won’t do that, the work will suffer and fail in comparison to others actually doing it, which will in turn decrease and degrade your ability to make money and a business in this field.
You need TASTE or you have nothing but the same shit everyone else can do. It’s time to get mature in how we sculpt the tech to tell the story. ❤️🔥

Another great example of Perspective Compression shot by cinematographer Jan de Bont for director Ridley Scott.

@GlennHasABeard It feels unbelievable to say I spent two weeks on a trailer only 83 seconds long... but I'm really proud of the final result. Hope it works as a proof of concept:
English

@boys_board @IsThisA3DModel If you watched my trailer and didn’t believe I put actual effort into it, then I have failed miserably.
English

@LukeGrayComedy @IsThisA3DModel Its becasue AI actively steals from other artists, many of which are also trying to "catch a break" while putting in actual effort.
English

@LukeGrayComedy @IsThisA3DModel No one worth anything already in the creative industry would accept an AI trailer
English

@boys_board @IsThisA3DModel It baffles me that creatives who have been trying to catch a break, wouldn't use certain tools to help them. And it baffles me further than other creatives would try and bully those who do, into not using them. Let artists explore, experiment and have fun.
English

@LukeGrayComedy @IsThisA3DModel Where did you find these people and did you make actual contracts with them?
