YORUBAS, ARE YOU NOW AWAKE?
My Brothers and Sisters,
It is time to become more conscious and more intentional about protecting our interests.
Yibo , Igbo , Ibo ARE:
- Changing our history to suit their narrative.
- Calling us cowards simply because we are peaceful and accommodating.
- Seeking to dominate our political space in ways that would not be tolerated in their own regions.
- Whitewashing individuals they once criticized, simply to advance political ambitions and gain Power (PETER OBI)
- Calling us tenants in our own land because we welcome others and do not discriminate in property ownership like they do.
Claiming they developed Lagos, while ignoring the contributions and sacrifices of the indigenous people, they do the minor jobs , check the companies contributing to Lagos largely, they are not there.
- Flooding our markets with fake and substandard products.
Enough is enough.
We must:
- Protect our history and heritage.
- Defend our interests and identity.
- Ensure our voices are heard in matters affecting our communities.
- Challenge false narratives about our people and our history.
- Stop being passive when our interests are undermined.
- Remain vigilant, united, and engaged in shaping our future.
Say NO to -
Them leading our markets
Yoruba Leaders Only
Them from participating in Elective Positions
Until a Yoruba man becomes Governor in Anambra, Don’t compete for any post here.
Don’t Sell Our Right Them.
Stop Being Nice
They don’t like You..
YORUBA, WAKE UP!
This is a wake-up call.
Add yours!!!

There is an Ongoing Cyberwarfare on Yoruba History and Culture
The majority of Yoruba historical books, linguistic texts, and archives are physically stored in libraries and AI CANNOT READ THEM. So it scrapes data from Wikipedia, senseless blogs and social media posts.
Revisionists have been editing Wikipedia pages to slip in false claims about Yoruba history and for a while we’ve been on the defensive, monitoring and reacting to these edits and locking those pages using verifiable citations.
However, I think it is time we take the offense by:
- Pushing for mass digitisation of Yoruba history books in print
- Encouraging Yoruba authors to create digital formats as well
- Writing SEO optimised articles on Yoruba culture and customs
- Correcting people or AI systems when you see misinformation
- Pressuring our traditional rulers to debunk misinformation and protect our culture
I wonder if this is something we can pressure the government for, esoecially the digitisation of books. We need this urgently.

Ibo people are doing everything within their capacity to create a dubious identity in Lagos State. As long as they keep making it a trend and people keep saying it, people will start getting accustomed to it, and over time it gets normalized, which mist be stopped by every means we could. The Ibo and the Yoruba people don't have any connection in any way from the past, and our DNA never matches. We never shared a border and we have zero things in common. The first connection the Ibo people had with a Yoruba person was with Bishop Ajayi Crowther, who taught the entire Ibo people how to read and write.

10 THINGS PRESIDENT TINUBU IS FIXING THAT PREVIOUS PRESIDENTS DIDN’T:
1. State Finances: Instead of bailouts and unpaid salaries, states now have significantly higher revenues and greater fiscal stability.
2. Consumer Credit: Through CREDICORP, Nigeria is building a structured credit culture, giving workers access to affordable financing and opening the door to broader financial inclusion.
3. State Police: A long-discussed security reform that previous administrations couldn’t advance is finally gaining traction.
4. Local Government Autonomy: For the first time, grassroots governance is being treated as a priority, bringing governance closer to the people.
5. Electricity Decentralization: States can now generate, transmit and distribute electricity, ending decades of excessive centralization.
6. NELFUND: Students from low-income families can now access tertiary education funding without the traditional financial barriers.
7. Tax Reform: The tax system is being simplified, reducing the burden on low-income earners while improving compliance and accountability.
8. ASUU Stability: For the first time in many years, Nigerian students are completing academic sessions without prolonged nationwide ASUU disruptions.
9. Mega Infrastructure Projects: The Sokoto-Badagry Super Highway, Lagos-Calabar Coastal Highway, and Lagos-Abuja Super Highway represent infrastructure ambitions on a scale rarely seen in Nigeria’s history.
10. Food Inflation Reversal: Nigeria is witnessing a decline in food prices after a period of sharp increases; something many Nigerians thought would never happen once prices had risen.
Love him or hate him, these are major structural reforms and projects that previous administrations either could not or did not implement.
