out of the 22 million Black men… on average 0.5% or less are arrested for murder..
& 50% of that 0.5% are wrongly convicted & are exonerated at an astonishing 7 to 8 times more than our White counterparts!!

@bAnthonYsr Black men makeup less than 7% of the total population and they commit over 50% of all murders. I have no doubt that there are plenty of good black men who are outstanding citizens but the numbers don’t lie. 🤷🏽

For the record, there’s no unconstitutional flaw in Tennessee’s congressional district around Memphis, which has been drawn similarly for nearly a century.
The theory being employed by the President here is that whenever a district becomes majority black, it must be broken up.

Is packing the Supreme Court ideal? No but the conservative majority has refused all offers to rule in a nonpartisan manner. If they're gonna keep making partisan decisions then there need to be consequences. Their job is not to advance Republican policy from the bench.

Are there racist people? Sadly, yes. But it's very very few.
Continuing to allow racial gerrymandering is antithetical to the VRA as it reads. The court corrected a terrible decision from the 80s.

Tennessee needs to immediately redraw their map to get rid of the unconstitutional race-based blue seat. TN is one of the deepest red states in the US. They deserve to have all of their Congressmen representing those values.
