@British_Airways 20 minute queue for business class check in at LGW this morning and lounges so badly understaffed that most tables are full of dirty plates. Not the premium experience I expected.

@GWRHelp just a random idea. When your trains are busy, maybe use a bit of joined up thinking to radio ahead and tell the station where the empty seats are before the train gets to the platform, rather than once passengers are already onboard?

Thanks for confirming Tony. We're very sorry for this. There is a known issue which has been raised internally for routes north of Lancaster so hopefully this will be resolved as soon as possible, although we're unsure when this will be fixed at the moment I'm afraid. @Uber I took a car yesterday. The driver made 5 wrong turns, so 5 min journey took 34 mins. Your automated customer service can’t see a problem with this.

@etihad have you cut your earnings rates? I have a flight coming up with you that was showing 7,000 miles per sector and has now dropped to 5.250 per sector, but can't find any confirmation of this change.

@MonkComms In 2021 the Franchise ended and since then we have been in an operating contract with the DfT and in line with this contract they receive ticket sales money and are responsible for investment into our services and this includes updating our aging rolling stock. 1/2^LEX

@chilternrailway can you turn the heating off? Front carriage, 7.07 departure from Myb to Birmingham is a sauna. Unhealthy and pretty grim. At least the fares are cheap, yeah?

@chilternrailway I have been commuting on this line for more than 20 years. As a business owner, I can see fares have soared. you need to decide between an opening window (cheap, 3rd world) or aircon. Offering neither is offensive to customers - shareholders have taken plenty in recent years.
