Very disappointing service from @AppleSupport - Watch malfunctioned, called my emergency contacts leading to much panic, then promptly died completely. Apple’s response = £300 to repair it or limited trade in value. Not at all what I’ve come to expect.

Why is it after decades of development, the advent of the cloud, advances in AI and even Clippy, Microsoft Word still messes up my paragraph numbering every single time. I might be showing my age but I still miss WordPerfect...

Like many others I wrestled about whether to take the kids abroad this Summer but 4 days in I’m so glad I did. Yeah the prep is longwinded and the travelling is a very different experience to 2019, but nothing compares to the feeling of really switching off once you get there.
