The Supreme Court’s birthright citizenship decision is a bigger disaster than expected.
Roberts and Barrett have completely sold out our birthright.
The Court has ruled that an Act of Congress CANNOT overturn Birthright Citizenship, only a Constitutional Amendment.
Since it’s impossible to seal off the borders perfectly and indefinitely, this ruling dissolves the United States as we know it.
It’s the beginning of the end of the Republic unless and until we get a new Supreme Court to overturn this disastrous decision (like Roe v. Wade was eventually overturned).

Cut off a federal funding to hospitals that allow foreign births in the U. S..
Cut off illegal care in U. S. Emergency rooms without the. Knee to cover it.
Change the census to remove illegals on the count.
There are ways to work around this until we get this through.

The Court upheld the 14th Amendment and 127 years of precedent: people born here are citizens.

I can't predict what will happen but I can say what I'd like to see happen.
BC is struck down but only proactively. Those who became citizens as a result of the former policy will be grandfathered in.

Amy Coney Barrett screwed the country over on the Watson decision.
Why and how is it acceptable for states to count mail-in ballots if they arrive AFTER election day...
If I can't walk into a polling place after Election Day and cast a vote, then ballots that arrive after Election Day shouldn't be counted either.
She is a disgraceful Supreme Court Justice and the sad part is we are stuck with her for a LONG time.
