Honestly, I started waking up near the end of his first term. January 6 was when I said I’d never vote for him again, but inflation hit under Biden and I voted with my wallet.
The difference this term is that many of the people who pushed back on Trump are gone. Now he seems surrounded by all yes men that say he’s always right.
In the past, anytime that I’d question something that didn’t add up, instead of discussing the facts, people would just dismiss it and use the RINO label.
More than anything, Trump taught me to fact-check politicians. My loyalty isn’t to a party anymore. It’s to the facts.

I asked Senator Thom Tillis about his vote against the Save America act and whether it has anything to do with the money he’s receiving from industries who profit off of cheap illegal labor.
He was VERY mad about the question.
