@RyeOnTheRoad @dsog @avlok @expensify It was a huge hassle to get the licensing and approvals to sell drinks/food, etc... so we made it a private club (membership = an expensify account). It was really cool and nice branding, but if we did it again, I would set it up as more of a paid cafe vs free coworking lounge

Man, what happened to @expensify ? with this new update I can only scan a single receipt in and then I get this stupid page for hours. then I can can another in and the same thing happens. Im thinking about breaking up with them. this has gone from a time saver to a serious time suck.

@BobSummerwill @gmail @expensify Expensify does not sell customer data. I noticed those are Uber receipts - do you have our Uber integration enabled? Regardless, I can assure we are not giving your data to Google, selling it, or anything similar to what is being implied in this thread.

@Brian_AHarrison @expensify Can you DM me your email? I can take a look. I don't believe you need to delete reports to downgrade. Perhaps if you had processing reports and you downgraded to a plan that doesn't have multi-level approvals? Anyways, happy to look into it for you.

@marlene1026 @expensify That's a message sent when we have an email, but no name (yet) for the user. It's not dynamically evaluating names, just trying to collect a name so we can make the UX friendly and call you Marlene instead of XXXXX@gmail.com.

@RyanSchaffer @expensify It was confirmed as a bug by your team, something about the fact that my previous work email isn't working anymore so the app wasn't able to send the reset email to my personal email even if there is no relation whatsoever. They just fixed it, and it finally worked! Thanks

So I have to contact a previous employer so they can remove my personal email from my previous work @expensify account if I want to use it anymore. There is NO way for me to take back the ownership of MY email to use it on my new work account as a delegate to forward receipts...

@fharper @expensify Just to clarify, you're typing in your personal email, clicking "forgot password", and then clicking "unlink accounts, right? If so, then it must be a bug because that feature was built exactly for the situation you're in. Can you test again & report back? TY
