@ianwilder_eth You can still head back to the old version by heading to Account > Switch to Classic. We're still making a lot of improvements based on user feedback so if yo have anything specific it would be great to hear it! You can book a call with a product specialist in the app.

@expensify why did you update you app/website ? Did you have anyone consulting with you about how to do it? You’ve made it worse. I add an expense and the Website blanks out so I have to work in a little corner? I mostly use the app but still. Really poorly designed.

Anyone know of a good @expensify alternative? After 10 years, I give up. It's unusable, unstable and riddled with bugs. I wish they put money into their team and talent than sponsoring a fake movie F1 team

@expensify, your new portal is extremely user unfriendly and now i'm getting notifications immediately after a charge telling me i have a violation with the charge and it needs fixed. I can not find any way to turn that off. FIX IT!!! please.

Really struggling with @expensify and wonder if @dbarrett can help. After a week of circular conversations with your ‘concierge’ I’m no where nearer to a resolution. Am getting billed twice - despite being an in-app subscriber for a long time. Who can help me?

@pprovart Hey there! We've got an easy fix for this—if you connect your card to Expensify, the amount will be overwritten to match the amount swiped with the card. Hope this helps!

@expensify When I enter a foreign currency receipt you automatically calculate local value based on some market exchange rate. BUT, my credit card rate is different, so I'm out of pocket when reports submitted. Please add a Credit card field to receipts for the Ccd value

Using @expensify is a truly terrible experience - Duplicate entries for expenses from my connected cards - Missing transactions from my connected cards - If you want to add an expense manually, it takes about 25 clicks, compared to the 5 clicks on the old version
