Just a reminder… Cybercabs are build fully autonomously. No humans necessary. What’s the maximum speed the production line can handle? Who knows - but quicker than humans can handle no doubt. Secondly, having spoken to Joe Tegtmeyer about the number of Cybercabs produced… there must be well over 1000 by now. Exciting times.

55 Cybercabs in Dallas, Texas. These things are really stacking up now. 102 Cybercabs were spotted at the outbound lot at Giga Texas yesterday, so a lot more are continuing to be shipped around the U.S. The testing continues!

I love that we’re the new Rome. Peace with Persia in the afternoon and a gladiator fight in the evening, all on the Emperor’s birthday. Another 1,000 years.

I took a look at this. It’s one that requires your own research but it does look like EchoStar sold some spectrum to SpaceX back in 2025 and is supposed to get paid with around 262 million SpaceX shares, basically a 2% stake. They won’t actually receive those shares until late 2027 though. What’s it looks like is not fully priced in yet is that future delivery, plus the near-term stuff like the AT&T deal closing any day now (which brings in a big chunk of cash to pay down debt) and whatever comes out of this ongoing spectrum auction. Those could push SATS higher quicker than the market is currently giving it credit for.

SpaceX stock for $99/shr? This setup with EchoStar is quite interesting... Effectively you can purchase SpaceX stock for about $99/share.

If the merger is the end of an investment and someone is walking away, then fine, but I don't consider that as investing, it's trading. Bradford is discussing catalysts for a short term trade, not what is best for long term investors who continue to hold the post-merger investment.

@SPCXTSLA He’s making a good point. It’s worth thinking about. Analogies aside, Elons interests are not necessarily aligned with tesla shareholders. If that doesn’t matter to you, fine, but speaking only as a rational investor it’s hard to make the case that it’s not important.

Bradford is wrong. A merger is not a sale. It’s the start, not the end. A better analogy is like $SPCX is signing the best player in the world, $TSLA, to join the team and giving a signing bonus before going on to win the Championship together. Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo didn’t consider their signing bonuses the win, it was insignificant compared to lifting the trophy 🏆

I suspect we'll discover that the greenshoe / over-allotment has been utilized to temper SPCX demand and we'll see some crazy high volatility this week. TSLA is the smart medium term purchase given the choice.

We’re seeing more Cybercab verification vehicles these days. Previously, most of the verification fleet consisted of Model Ys. I’m not exactly sure, but I think this could indicate that Cybercab FSD training has moved into its next phase. $TSLA

🚨 More Cybercabs with roof sensor rigs spotted — this time with three chase vehicles: black Model Y, red Model Y & red Model 3. It’s coming soon, I can feel it! 🚀

Brother Jo- A few more details. I have driven 250 miles on 14.3.4. It is by far the best overall FSD build by a wide margin. It is far more refined than 14.3.3 which in some ways for me a regression from 14.3.2. 14.3.4 can clearly go wide to EVERYONE. The nag feels even less than 14.3.3. The car no longer brake stabs for animals- it just lets off the accelerator more naturally. The selection of parking options at destination is very nice and feels like this is one step closer to robotaxi. Some small issues still with parking selection/ my personal preference not being matched with where the car parks, but this is an incredible build! The pace of improvements is mind boggling. Essentially every 2-3 weeks we are getting upgrades! This will only go faster as the AI learns more. I AM BUYING MORE $TSLA. (I have held and accumulated since 2013 and well into an 8 figure position, likely to cross 9 soon).
