@LisaHAckerman We are sorry for any inconvenience. Transit can take anywhere from 10-14 business days however, processing and credit will be quicker as our Distribution Center in within a 3-5 time frame currently. Once the return is complete, you will receive an email.

@SaksService @saks 10/24/18, I returned 2 orders in one box using Saks' mailing label. 11/13/18, and the package has still not been received. I am told it "should be" received November 15th and then will take another two weeks from then for my credit card refund. BAD BUSINESS!

Terrible customer service at @saks nyc. Tried to make a return and was completely ignored and treated very poorly by the salespeople in children’s apparel. Too busy chasing down sales. Won’t be back!
