@WalshFreedom @wesrtrstr88531 @AIPAC And they are too delusional and arrogant to realize that all their obsession is going to do is encourage Jewish people and our allies to donate to it. They are encouraging us to donate so much will put their damn DSA into bankruptcy

Everytime I bring up @AIPAC, I’m bombarded by people who attack AIPAC by claiming it’s a “foreign” lobby or it’s an agency within the Israeli government that must register as a “foreign” agent. ALL of that is false. All of it. AIPAC is an American organization, representing millions of American citizens, and it’s 💯 funded by American citizens. Look, I support AIPAC, you’ve got every right to oppose AIPAC, but at least be factual about what the organization actually is.

AIPAC 🇺🇸🇮🇱
The orchestrated campaign to single out and demonize pro-Israel Americans, including millions of Democrats who are members of AIPAC, for participating in the political process is wrong and fundamentally undemocratic.
Caroline Vakil@CarolineVakil

Asked by @lisakashinsky about the shift of opinions on AIPAC among Democrats and whether he personally would reject money from the group, @CoryBooker says “First and foremost, there is a singling out of AIPAC that is troubling to me.” Says there are Iranian Americans and Turkish Americans who bundle money, adding “There are a lot of ethnic groups that bundle money, and often for things that I don't agree with. But somehow, AIPAC seems to be drawing a lot of attention, and that's problematic to me,” he says. Goes on to say that he doesn’t think anybody should be accepting PAC money from anyone.

@AOC If it’s so harmful, why is it expanding everywhere people are free to choose it? Are millions just “manipulated,” or are they making a trade-off you don’t like?

This is sad. I know as a politician these companies are going to spend a billion dollars against me for saying it but 🤷🏽‍♀️ Pervasive gambling is not good for society. It turns life into a casino, traps people in addiction & debt, surges domestic violence, and fosters manipulation.

The reason people focus on AIPAC is because it currently holds the record for most campaign donations in congressional campaigns in a single election cycle from any organization in US history - a record it will break this year.

@MikeNellis Nah. It’s a business. First you analyze the profitability of the various divisions, then cut out the weakest parts. Why not appeal to half the country?

The layoffs at CBS are devastating, especially in the radio division. You hate to see it, and it just feels like Bari Weiss is stripping the thing for parts so she can turn it into a Fox News competitor.

@tify330 @_rotimia Biden had no problem pissing off leftists when it came to providing unconditional money, weapons, and diplomatic cover for Israel. You can’t use “leftists” as a scapegoat for any Biden admin policies that turned out badly

That a very simplistic way of looking at it - Title 42 was dismissed by SCOTUS. When Biden wanted to do a portion of border wall leftists freaked the fuck out. We had Carvans upon Carvans which was done for show. Deportations were paused for first 100 days but even that was reversed. We also had a lack of asylum judges that congress refused to fund so it left a major backlog. These are all GOP talking point which is odd coming from you. Obamas policy was different because times were different. Trumps policy was so inhumane under 1.0 that Biden tried to overly course correct but blaming that on activist groups is lazy, there was a whole lot happening.

Yeah, I’ve brought this up to others but Fetterman is significantly more unpopular with Dems in PA than Sinema ever was in AZ. He’s just significantly more popular with Republicans than Sinema ever was and that’s holding up his overall approval rating.
(((Harry Enten)))@ForecasterEnten

John Fetterman's had a 108 pt drop in his net approval with PA Dems since 2023. His net rating is -40 pt net approval with them. His net popularity with his own party is worse than all senators who lost a primary this century. There's no historical analog to his unpopularity.

@TNOQuoProQuid LBJ boosters as a whole are just really weird breed –– they're like an odd, bizarre mix of Nixon apologists and Camelot appraisers. They want a feel good president who says slurs, but is also Woke In A Cool Way™

i’m of the belief that what rama posted when she was 15 during the early days of social media don’t really matter and weren’t malicious and it seems most leftists agree which me which shows me that they were capable of understanding context and intent all along, just chose not to apply it when engaging in idiotic applications of cancel culture the last 5 years that did irreparable damage in shifting the general population’s public opinion away from us! hmm!

@trouble_man90 I supported him in 2016 (and voted for Hillary). I was genuinely excited for some New Deal Liberalism, but he tanked it and turned into piece of shit over the past decade. Sanders let in the crazies just like Goldwater did with the Far Right.
