If I had $1M, here’s how I’d turn it into $100K/year in (mostly) passive income. Here’s the plan: ⸻ 1. $350K – Real Estate I’d buy a small 4-unit rental in a boring but growing town (think: Alabama, Ohio, or the Carolinas). Hire a property manager, stay out of the daily chaos. Target: $30K/year ⸻ 2. $125K – Online Business I’d buy a tiny business that already makes $2K–$3K/month: •a newsletter •a digital product site •a micro SaaS someone built and lost interest in Run it with a VA + a bit of AI. Target: $30K/year ⸻ 3. $200K – Dividend Stocks & ETFs I’d go for steady stuff: •Dividend aristocrats (JNJ, KO, etc.) •REITs •Covered call ETFs like JEPI Nothing fancy. Just income. Target: $8K–$10K/year ⸻ 4. $100K – Private Lending Lend to people with real assets: •Real estate investors •Small business owners •Through platforms like Yieldstreet or PeerStreet Higher risk, but better returns. Target: $8K–$12K/year ⸻ 5. $100K – High-Yield Cash Park some money in short-term T-bills, CD ladders, or money market funds. This is the “peace of mind” fund. Target: $4K–$5K/year ⸻ 6. $75K – Angel Bets (Optional) If I feel lucky — I’d back 2–3 early-stage founders or go through a syndicate. No income, just long shots. Stating the obvious - MEGA is not the right motif for Europe. It's another American meme, adopted. It's used in context that are absolutely the opposite of Europe, on Partie rallies that actively work against Europe. Let's brainstorm - what do we need?

@thomaspaulmann I’m pretty sure almost everyone is working on exactly this. So, if your tool doesn’t do this yet, it’ll come in time.

Looks super interesting! But what if it did not require a new tool? 🤔 It would just be an agent that you add as a regular user to your existing tools, and it would do the work there. It's much easier for companies to adopt. Anyone building this?
