That's why we made it with no tag ends so that you can put them together to create measurable areas of 30, 45, 60+ ft!

@BurnTheLadders Now for triple broad jumps???
English

@Mr_Bultje @Brandon_L_Davis Program records AND Personal Bests should always be acknowledged!!

English

@Brandon_L_Davis Brandon! Can you share a picture? This is an awesome idea!!
English

@Scott_Damman “Speed Training” should encompass Acceleration, Max Velocity, Change of Direction and Vertical/Horizontal/Lateral Jumping.
English

@Tony_Villani_ I track and program Broad Jumps and Triple Broad Jumps the exact same way as Vertical jumps…with VERY good results.
English

@RyanBrandt83 @Brandon_L_Davis Oh there are schools in WI where it’s happening.
English

@Brandon_L_Davis Districts here very rarely will allow for an "athletes only" class. Curriculum directors and school boards won't pass it. Not sure if it's true in all WI high schools, but I don't know of anyone here who gets an athletic period.
English

@StumpfStrength Texas Tech trolled themselves a little attention in the off-season. Bravo to them
English

@SquatUniversity I believe it’s only referring to dumbbells. If weight plates included I would agree with you.
English

@SquatUniversity What exercises are they doing that they need dumbbells less than 40#? I’m guessing there’s plenty of other equipment they can utilize.
I’ll agree it’s a silly flex but it’s in no way reckless and irresponsible.
English

So your option to bench, squat, clean, row, overhead press etc with a barbell is 135, 225, 315, 405.
God speed 🫡

The Texas Tech football program has removed all weights under 40 pounds from their weight room 🤔 💪 “If you want to do something less, you’re still gonna do 40s. That’s how it is.” (via Adam Breneman)
English

@coachbdixon @rbuehler71 @SHREDmillSpeed @1080motion Agreed on the difficulty to train horizontal force.
Unfortunately, price point on both prevents many from using these tools. Right or wrong it’s an accurate statement.
English

In my opinion, Horizontal Force is the most difficult to train.
Everything in the weight room is pretty much Vertical Force.
Sleds can often be clunky and/or difficult to individualized proper loads easily.
The answer?
@SHREDmillSpeed and @1080motion!
Both are amazing tools for easy and efficient ways to train Acceleration and Horizontal Force!

English

@timkettenring After spring break we’re going 10x3, 10x2 and 10x1. Smelling salts optional
English

Does anyone train fucking hard anymore?
I honestly don’t give two shits anymore about a HSFB kid hitting a heavy single.
I wanna see some DUDE get under the bar and smoke 10x2 max effort back squat >90% @ .3 m/s and then wobble out of the rack after and then get up 2’ later and ask for more.
DBAMFP!

@StumpfStrength Willing to share your template/schedule or overview
English

@StumpfStrength Would love to see how yall organize your weeks. Right now we lift 3 days a week speed and change of direction 2 and trying to figure out best system to do everything we need.
English

@VanJrake Wave your reps. Never two weeks in a row of same rep scheme.
English

@StumpfStrength i love the idea of testing sprinting weekly, but can you elaborate on the max testing of lifts? are these true all out go till you can’t, or is there some nuance to this. would be concerned about burn out
English

@VanJrake There certainly is some nuance. Simply put if we’re training sets of 3, the “3RM” is the most weight you can do that day for 3 reps. Minimize failed reps as that will accumulate the “burnout”
