This country is far from redemption, We shouldn't be surprise, A party that brought in terrorists in 2015 to win election can easily bribe people to counter protest, so if anti bad governance protest meet with these people now, there will be chaos and they will blame it on peaceful protesters for causing on rest in the country.🤔

English

@OjiUgo_nwa God bless you with this question.. Since they can't rescue him bcos they don't know the terrorists hide out, how did they get his remain?🤔
English

@CeleCrave @Supo196 @DanielRegha Whether this is wrong or right, it’s obvious the constant attack on Obi if when he’s not wrong doesn’t come from a place of hate but duty. He has a duty to fulfill for whoever gave him money.
Anyone who is more fixated on Obi than Tinubu who is president is either paid or stupid.
English

Peter Obi is different from the opposition leaders how exactly?
Aisha Yesufu was reportedly offered a House of Reps ticket under the NDC platform by Seriake Dickson and Obi himself; For someone who speaks so much about credibility and following the due process, why should anyone get an automatic ticket and he endorses the idea?
Isn't that hypocr'sy and a clear case of favoritism? So NDC has a power sharing formula just like the APC but the party is supposed to be the liberation of Nigerians? Laughable.

@NigeriaStories Abeg who get these people's X handle.. I want to bless them with some curse.

📞💔THE LAST CALL 💔
Solomon was the only child of his parents. Their pride. Their hope. He never joked about war. "If I don't stand," he once said, "who will?"
Before the attack, he stepped aside and pulled out his phone. The signal was weak, but it connected. His mother picked up on the first ring.
"Solomon… my son…" her voice trembled.
"Mama," he said softly, "I just wanted to hear you."
"Are you safe?" she asked.
He looked around the darkness, the distant sounds of movement. He closed his eyes.
"Yes, Mama," he lied. "I'm safe."
"My son, come back to me," she whispered. "You are all I have."
His voice cracked. "And you are all I have too, Mama."
She prayed over the phone. He listened like a child again. When she finished, she said, "God will bring you back."
Solomon swallowed hard. "Mama… if I don't"
"Don't say that!" she cried.
He forced a small smile. "I will call you again. I promise."
Those were his last words to her.
Then the night broke open. Gunfire. Explosions. Chaos. Solomon fought like a man who knew what was waiting for him at home.
Then a single shot. Sharp and final.
He staggered. Sank to his knees. I caught him before he hit the ground.
His eyes searched the darkness. But he wasn't looking at the battlefield anymore.
"Mama…" he whispered.
And then… silence.
The battle ended. But for one mother, the war had just begun.
Back home, she still waits. Staring at the road. Phone always close. Hoping he will call again and say, "Mama… I'm safe."
Some heroes are remembered in history. Some are only remembered by the hearts they left behind. 💔
If this touched you, pray for Solomon. Never take that call from your loved ones for granted.
Rest in peace, soldier. 🥹🫡

PRESS RELEASE
DEFENCE HEADQUARTERS MOURNS THE PASSING OF RETIRED MAJOR GENERAL RABE ABUBAKAR, REAFFIRMS RESOLVE TO ERADICATE TERRORISM
The Defence Headquarters regrets to announce the passing of Major General Rabe Abubakar (Retired), who tragically lost his life in captivity following his abduction.
The Armed Forces of Nigeria (AFN) convey its deepest sympathies to the Abubakar family, his colleagues and all Nigerians. Maj Gen Abubakar served the nation with distinction and held many appointments including spokesperson of various military formations as well as spokesman for the AFN as Director Defence Information. He made immense contributions to counter-insurgency operations, professional development of the AFN and numerous other commendable and outstanding impacts. His commitment to duty and to the unity of Nigeria remains a shining example for all personnel of the AFN.
The Defence Headquarters withheld public comment on his abduction in deference to ongoing rescue efforts by the AFN and sister security agencies. Every operational resource was deployed in the hope of securing his safe return.
This sad loss further strengthens the resolve of the AFN. We will remain resolute in the discharge of our constitutional mandate to defend the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Nigeria and to protect all citizens.
In response to series of unfortunate abductions across Nigeria including that of Maj Gen Abubakar, ongoing operations have since been further intensified to bring perpetrators to justice and to dismantle all terrorist networks threatening our nation.
We assure Nigerians that the Armed Forces will not relent until peace and security are restored and those responsible for terrorists activities across the nation are held to account.
SAMAILA UBA
Major General
Director Defence Information
