This is nonsense. The defendant pleaded guilty. A judge didn’t make any decision as to his guilt. By pleading guilty he accepted using or threatening violence towards another - significantly more than simply swearing. He was part of a crowd throwing missiles at police. In offences of violent disorder, defendants are responsible for their part in the wider violence, not simply their individual role. That is a long established principle. You are minimising and misleading because you think it helps your partisan argument. The reality is set out here.
