@Dmonstersjeesh @Strangeland_Elf If youre having issues using a rice cooker thats a YOU skill issue. MILLIONS use automatic rice cookers worldwide without issues. And its not that hard to learn to use one

@Strangeland_Elf I've never understood the appeal of rice cookers. The annoying part of making rice is cleaning the pot afterwards, not actually cooking it.

I don’t think there is anything wrong with single purpose kitchen gadgets if you actually use them. Like if I’m going to make apple crisp a lot then an apple peeler is actually really helpful. A rice cooker is beneficial to me because I cook rice a lot. The bagel cutter is useful if you work in a bakery or something. I don’t like the general prejudice against them if they are of use to the person who buys them and they have space for them.
