@CraigGinsbe @_MoarDonuts_ @TheBTCTherapist And the ratio might look a little better at $120k btc. What's your point? How does it look today? Let's talk current reality.

@JohnCarreyrou This type of 'reasoning' is similar to your article; speculation, vibes, and overall, no definitive proof.
English

@_MoarDonuts_ @TheBTCTherapist What’s the debt to equity ratio. Facts, not your feelings, matter.
English

MicroStrategy is a pathetic, debt-drenched Bitcoin bagholding scam run by a delusional huckster who turned a dying software company into the world’s most overleveraged crypto casino. Saylor’s “strategy” is just endless dilution and junk debt to buy BTC at the top while pretending it’s genius, leaving bagholders crushed by leverage, interest payments, and constant share rape that makes every rally feel pointless. The entire thing is a ticking death spiral that will wipe out equity in the next real Bitcoin drawdown, exposing it as nothing more than a cult vehicle for retail idiots chasing Saylor’s Twitter cope. If you’re still holding this garbage, you’re not investing, you’re voluntarily funding one man’s ego while waiting to get financially executed.

Translated: “I could have bought Bitcoin ‘long ago’, but I didn’t. And now I am going to fabricate a reason Bitcoin is bad and must fail, so I can feel better about not buying any.”

JUST IN: Professor Steve Keen who predicted the 2008 financial crash now is warning people "Bitcoin is going to zero."

@eINstigator @LawrenceLepard @PumpCapitalLLC Thoughts on Google's quantum computing claims on implications for bitcoin?
English

You are a good person to ask @LawrenceLepard since you are gold and Bitcoin guy... but Peter Schiff makes a pretty compelling argument when he says Bitcoin is pointless if we have tokenized gold... do you know any good podcasts, articles, or general arguments in favor of Bitcoin in a tokenized gold world?

@ScottiePippen Mystery sender knows his stuff, probably got some inside info.

@CollinRugg She is an embarrassment to the state of MA. Imagine your kids wanting to talk to you about investing? That would be incredible.

NEW: Democrat Senator Elizabeth Warren says she has "questions" for YouTuber MrBeast.
"I have questions for MrBeast," Warren posted on X.
The post comes after Warren sent a letter to Jimmy 'MrBeast' Donaldson, who has 474M subscribers on YouTube, over his recent acquisition of Step.
Step is a financial technology app that provides banking services to children.
"Despite Step’s careful claims that crypto investing by minors was only with the permission of a parent or guardian, Step published resources encouraging kids to pressure their parents into crypto investments," Warren wrote last month.
"Step, for example, produced a video titled ‘How to Talk to Your Parents About Investing in Crypto,’ which was targeted at kids whose parents ‘want nothing to do with crypto,’..." she continued.
"The video coaches children on how to convince their parents to let them make investments their parents may not want and includes specific scripts for children to use while talking to their parents."

@0xMDE @BTCBreadMan The system makes you a slave. Debt is a tool to release the shackles.
English

@Budgetdog_ I love being in debt and paying it back in a currency that is being debased at rate in excess of the note rate.
English

@GreginVegas1 @MoneyIsClear @davidonchainx $STRC is paying 11.5% annually with monthly distributions.
English

@MoneyIsClear @davidonchainx There are high yield savings at 4-5% right now? I thought they were in the 3% handle. At least in the U.S., as the rate is tied to the Fed Funds Rate, which has been cut to a 3 handle…

@DasBTCMustang @PeterSchiff @bitcoinstone @TimDraper How’s the Ft Knox audit coming along? Not sure I want a token backed by a ?
English

@PeterSchiff @bitcoinstone @TimDraper And how do you audit such a token? can you store the Gold on a public ledger so we know it is there?
Would you need to run a Ft Knox Node?
English

In a recent interview, @TimDraper said he prefers Bitcoin over gold because gold doesn't work as a medium of exchange because you can't shave some gold off your bar and order a cappuccino. Somehow Draper, a knowledgeable crypto investor, doesn't realize you can tokenize gold.
English

@BTCBreadMan And I thought selling naked $100 calls was risk free. I'm an idiot.
English

This push to have Bitcoin tax exempt makes me sick. Go fuck off with your Bitcoin grift. How about no TAX on GROCERIES or fucking WAGES!
Pierre Rochard@BitcoinPierre
Crypto exchanges need to prioritize BTC tax exemption as #1 if they want to credibly claim to represent the interests of the voting block. Advocating for their own proprietary corporate business interests has nothing to do with decentralized permissionless open source money.
English

@newyorkhodl And a lot of the biggest names in Bitcoin voted for and aggressively endorsed a pedophile for president. Don't hold such a high level of superiority for Bitcoiners. They're just humans.
English

@roscoclyde @JM_speakss You are correct that there is principal risk, but the other prefs are not designed to trade at par. Don’t mislead people.
English

Borrow $71,000 today at 7.5% interest.
Instead of buying Bitcoin outright…
Buy $STRC.
It currently pays about 11.5% annually and pays monthly dividends.
That means the asset is paying you 4% more than your borrowing cost.
Let’s do the math.
$71,000 in STRC
$8,165/year in dividends.
Your loan costs you
$5,325/year.
That leaves roughly $2,800/year profit.
Now take that spread and buy Bitcoin every month.
The bank finances the asset.
The asset finances the Bitcoin.
If STRC stays at par and the dividend holds…
You’ve basically turned the banking system into a Bitcoin DCA machine.
Sometimes the simplest trades are the most powerful.
English

@Rajatsoni @great_martis I don't think gold went to $7000 either 💀
