தோழர்களுக்கு வணக்கம், சுற்றுலா வானுர்தி சேவை நடத்தும் நிறுவனம் ஒன்று என் மீது புகார் ஒன்றை அளித்து இருப்பதாக செய்தி ஊடகங்களில் பார்த்தேன். இது குறித்தான உன்மைநிலையினை தங்கள் பார்வைக்கு முன் வைக்கிறேன். 2023 சனவரி மாதத்தில் திருப்போரூர் தொகுதி கோவளத்தில் சுற்றுலா வானூர்தி சேவை தொடங்கப்பட உள்ளதாக செயதி வெளியானது. மக்கள் பாதுகாப்பு அடிப்படையிலான பொறுப்புணர்வு கொண்டு இது தொடர்பான உரிய அனுமதிகள் வழங்கப்பட்டதா என 24.01.2023 அன்று மாவட்ட ஆட்சியரிடம் மின்னஞ்சல் கடிதம் வாயிலாக கேட்டிருந்தேன் (இணைப்பு -1). அதற்கு பதில் ஏதும் இல்லை, அதே நேரம் அப்போது அது தொடங்கப்படவில்லை. அதன் பிறகு மீண்டும் இப்படி ஒரு முயற்சியினை இந்த நிறுவனம் செய்து வருவதை அறிந்து கோவளம் பகுதி மக்கள் தங்கள் வாழ்வாதாரம் குறித்து அச்சத்தை வெளிப்படுத்தி ஊராட்சி மன்ற தலைவருக்கு (11.11.2023) கடிதம் (இணைப்பு -2) எழுதி இருந்தனர். திடீரென சனவரி மாதம் 2025ல் இதே நிறுவனம் தனது வானுர்தி சேவையினை தொடங்கியதாக செய்திகள் சமூக ஊடகங்களில் வந்தது. மீண்டும் இந்த சேவை தொடர்பாக நான் விளக்கத்தை உரிய் அரசு அலுவலர்களை தொடர்பு கொண்ட போது அவர்கள் அளித்ததாக எனக்கு ஆவனங்கள் வழங்கப்பட்டது. அதை ஆய்ந்த போது அவர்கள் கொடுத்த ஆவணங்களில் உள்ள குறைபாடுகள், பொருந்தாதன்மை, மெய்தன்மை குறித்து ஒர் விவரமான கடிதத்தை 14.01.2025 அன்று மாவட்ட ஆட்சித் தலைவரிடம் அளித்தேன் (இணைப்பு-3) இந்த முறை இந்நிறுவனம் சில முறையற்ற ஆவணங்களை கொடுத்து வானுர்தி சேவையினை இயக்க ஆரம்பித்து உள்ளனரா என்கிற எனது அய்யத்தை வெளிப்படுத்தினேன். மாவட்ட ஆட்சித் தலைவர் இந்த வானூர்தி சேவையினை தடை செய்து அந்த வளாகதரதிற்கு சீல் வைத்தார். தற்போது 13.01.2026 அன்று இந்நிறுவனம் மீண்டும் இந்த சேவையினை ஆரம்பித்ததும் மக்கள் பாதுகாப்பு அடிப்படையில் மாவட்ட ஆட்சித் தலைவர் அவர்களிடம் கட்செவி (Whatsapp) மூலம் (இணைப்பு -4) விவரங்களை கேட்டதற்கு அவர் இந்த சேவைக்கான அனுமதி வழங்க அதிகாரம் அரசுக்கு இல்லை என்பதான ஒர் பதிலை அளித்தார். எனவே 17.01.2026 அன்று தலைமை செயலாளர், ஊராட்சித்துறை செயலாளர் மற்றும் சுற்றுலாத்துறை செயலாளர் ஆகியோருக்கு இது தொடர்பான விவரம் கேட்டு மின்னஞ்சல் கடிதம் (இணைப்பு -5) அனுப்பி இருந்தேன். இந்த வானுர்தி சேவை தொடர்பாக எந்த நிலையிலும் இந்நிறுவனத்தை நான் தொடர்பு கொண்டதே இல்லை மாறாக நான் உரிய அரசு செயலாளர்கள் மற்றும் அலுவலர்களை மட்டுமே சட்டப்பூர்வமாக, மக்கள் பிரதிநிதி என்கிற நிலையில் எனக்கு இருக்கும் கடமை என்கிற வகையில் தொடர்பு கொண்டு உள்ளேன் எனும் போது அவர்கள் என் மீது புகார் அளிக்க காரணம் அவர்களிடம் நான் கேட்கும் நியாயமான கேள்விகளுக்கு பதிலில்லை எனவே மீண்டும் இந்த சேவையினை நடத்த இயலாது என்பதும், தங்கள் சட்டவிரோத இயக்கத்திற்கு வலு சேர்க்க அரசியல்ரீதியாக எனக்கு எதிரான சில முதலீட்டாளர்களை சேர்த்து கொண்டு தேர்தல் நெருங்கும் நிலையில் என் மீது களங்கம் கற்பிக்க இந்த முயற்சியில் ஈடுபட்டுள்ளனர். இவர்கள் குற்றச்சாட்டின்தன்மை உள்நோக்கமுள்ளது என்பதற்கான சான்று, இவர்கள் நிறுவனத்தை சீல் வைத்தது மாவட்ட ஆட்சித் தலைவர் எனும் போது நான் சீல் வைத்ததாக சொல்வதும், அதிலும் அப்படி சீல் வைக்க காரணம் தனது கடிதம் தான் என பாட்டாளி மக்கள் கட்சி தலைவர் திரு.அன்புமணி அவரது சமூக வலைதளத்தில் பதிவு செய்து இருந்தார் (இணைப்பு -6). இந்த நிறுவனம் தற்போது தமிழ்நாடு சுற்றுலா வளர்ச்சி கழகத்தோடு (TTDC) இணைந்து செயல்படுவதாக விளம்பரப்படுத்துகின்றனர் (இணைப்பு - 7). 22.01.2026 இன்று மாலை நடைப்பெற்ற சட்டமன்ற மதிப்பீடுகள் குழுக்கூட்டத்திற்கு (Estimates Commitee) வருகை தந்த சுற்றுலா மற்றும் இந்து சமய அறநிலையத்துறை அரசு கூடுதல் தலைமை செயலாளர் அவர்களிடம் கேட்ட போது, இந்த நிறுவனத்திற்கும் தமிழ்நாடு சுற்றுலா வளர்ச்சி கழகத்திற்கும் எந்த ஒப்பந்தமும் இல்லை என தெரிவித்துள்ளர்.
