Very dissatisfied and frustrated with how complicated the customer support process for @WasteManagement is. After I'm done with this dumpster, I'm not giving them another dime.

Where are we on making this illegal?

@AmazonHelp I totally understand that they’re being cautious of long driveways that aren’t 100% cleared of snow, but it’s the principle that they didn’t even make an attempt

@AmazonHelp I walked down to the end of the driveway to see if maybe they left the package at the end of the driveway, but they didn’t, and the only tracks in the snow were from my mom’s trip to the grocery this morning, so it’s clear that they didn’t even make a delivery attempt

@AmazonHelp I was tracking it on the map on the app. They were right down the road and it said I was the next stop. It disappeared from the map, still says out for delivery, and isn’t at my door or at the end of the driveway. I do have a long rural driveway, and there is some snow on it, but
