Random Health Tip #1 : Fix waking up 4-5 hours into sleep (get 8 easy). **If you like these, leave a like I'll do more If your doing everything perfect for sleep, but still popping up to early you likely have histamine intolerance and or eat to much. About 5 hours into your circadian rhythm (2-3am for most people) your body dumps built up histamine from the prior day. If your intolerant (TONS are) your gonna pop up, mind humming. If you had a lot of histamine high food the day before you won't sleep hardly at all. If you have 1-2 drinks of alcohol a few hours before bed and can't sleep at all...This is likely why to. You also wake up "puffy" and feel slow. This is because your REM sleep (the sleep that makes you feel mentally awake) is messed up. This is your bodies immune response over reacting to histamine. Here's how to fix it (short and long term) Short term A) Take anti-histamine allergy drugs before bed. Benadryl+Zantac. These don't stop the problem, they stop your body from reacting. Also a good hack if you go out to dinner. Long term You don't want to rely on symptom hiding drugs. The reason you are intolerant is because your gut is messed up, inflamed, bad pathogens/bacteria A) Cut all high histamine foods. In meat (huge culprit) get unaged low histamine meat B) Get a stomach allergy test, find out what is trigger immune responses. Cut all these C) Get a stomach pathogen/bacteria/mold test. Fix the problems that appear/detox them out. These again cause histamine intolerance aka over reactive body responses. C) Stop drinking coffee, sugar, artificial flavors (major histamine triggers) and booze lol...This is probably what has wrecked your gut lining and why food makes you sick. All these things absolutely rip up the place, eventually letting histamine/toxic crap enter your blood and really cause you nasty responses. If you must have caffeine take it in pill form or via green tea. No tasty pre workouts. Stop drinking coffee, its absurdly bad for your gut. --------------- Do the short term WHILE doing the long term and POW... you will sleep through the second half of the night. Even if you are drinking healthy levels of caffeine. I don't drink caffeine for various reasons, but even if I do this has more impact on total sleep time. **If you like these, leave a like I'll do more

People call me a liberal shill for making fun of RFKjr. By next year I hope to be completely energy independent and mostly self sustaining from the farm. I’m a gun owner and strong 2A advocate and am known as the most politically incorrect comedian currently working. RFKjr is literally a liberal shill. He’s a democrat politician who literally lies for money. I realize one of Alinskys rules for radicals is to accuse someone of what you are, but come on…it’s getting a little ridiculous.

The major flaw with the Tesla bull base is that they believe that two car models that Tesla currently produces in any substantive quantity have an infinite addressable market and will sell as much as cars half their cost.

@Bulll1sh @thekelvinscale @CanteringClark I mean it will depend on how advanced the neural net will be but something like avoid collision at all cost is already something it will do. I just don’t think this is worth thinking about deeply. If we can cut accidents by 100x then some niche cases should be ignored imo.

Cool anecdote. I have a question though, if we automated all cars on the road, would the rate of accidents be higher with this or human errors? That's all that should matter. At any given moment you have drivers blitzed out of their minds, imagine if we took control from them.

Here's a typical drive on Tesla FSD Beta, and why it's the opposite of useful. It's most certainly not even close to being "safer than a human", by any factor. 22-minute drive, 4.5 miles, and WAY too many interventions.

@CanteringClark Read the article yourself. The rolling of stop signs was a feature they build into fsd and are now taking out again, that’s it.

@CanteringClark You have to ask, if you have an old lady crossing a street and a mother with a baby right behind her. Who does the AI choose to run over, the grandma or the mom?

@CanteringClark It’s so weird that people shit on fsd so much when it is clearly in beta. The point is to find these situations and improve on it.
