FSD 14.2.2.4 spent 5min in real time trying and failing to park at the deli before I took over and parked because I was hungry I took over 2 other times to prevent it from parking in people’s driveways, and pressed the pedal to stop it from parking where it would block traffic

@SawyerMerritt I guess it’s better. Still feels like a very cynical title. Could title it “Tesla Autopilot vs. Comma AI” and mention in the video that Tesla’s more advanced FSD is not yet available in the UK (which I doubt he did)

Carwow just released a new video to its 11 million YouTube subscribers titled: "Why Tesla Full Self Drive is Pointless!" @carwowuk misleads its viewers into thinking Tesla’s Autopilot is FSD, even though FSD hasn’t been approved in the UK yet. Autopilot isn’t meant for city driving, yet they test of bunch of scenarios that Autopilot wasn't built to do in the first place....

This is one of the two biggest reasons why I still end up not using grok that often. The second is that it lacks features like Claude’s work helper/cowork, or perplexity’s spaces/perplexity computer. Seems like the real emphasis is on imagine, which is cool but mostly useless for someone like me. Hoping to see them add stuff like this soon. Today I’d say I use Claude 80% of the time, Gemini 10% (because it’s integrated with chrome), and Grok the other 10%. Just started using comet though which is probably replacing Gemini. And I am a person who actually wants to use Grok over all others. But the features others have are just too useful for now.

@Teslarati I do agree with this guy somewhat. I do sometimes wish Standard mode was less jumpy. Chill is not an option because going only 2 over the speed limit is dangerously slow around here

Encountered a strange bug on FSD 14.2.2.5 the other day. When near the max speed of the speed profile, FSD was applying and immediately reducing the power over and over, creating an sickening rocking effect (watch the power meter go up and down) Anyone else get this?

@theultdev @AIDRIVR I’m pretty sure that’s not true. As far as I know it’s based on an outdated version of FSD. If you use ASS while you are in the car, you’ll see the visualizations on the screen are just like FSD, not AP.

@AIDRIVR I really hope they improve ASS. I have found it to be extremely unreliable as of late. When it does work, it’s kinda stupid compared to v14. It also needs a much larger radius and the ability go faster than 6mph.
