Booked LPG refill on March 6. Invoice generated on March 7. After that, complete silence for 3 weeks. No delivery. No call. No attempt. Then on March 28, @IndianOilcl suddenly starts marking: “Door Closed.” Not once. Repeatedly. And then cancels the order as “Returned Thrice.” Three attempts? You didn’t even show up once. I have CCTV footage proving no delivery was ever attempted. And frankly, I don’t care how much is being donated to PM CARES funds by you people, but basic accountability to customers is clearly missing. This is not incompetence. Peak logic from @myntra 🤡 Bought a T-shirt during sale. Size is slightly big, so I asked for an exchange to a smaller size. Smaller size is in stock, but exchange isn’t allowed because the price has increased now. But if I return it, they’ll happily refund the old price.
